Hey tx beauty baby, I just want ES because it's so beautiful & unique. I asked 2 of my very favorite MUAs to help me with it & they agreed that with my frecklage it looks muddy. Honestly when I wore my CoU the other day I wasn't prepared for how it was going to look & I really had to blend it out & then I put MM over it & finally got it to work, but I'm still unsure about it...

TY to all who posted about the re-stock! I just got a Light Year MSF, a Sky MES (I blame you liba), and a few other things popped into my cart as well. But that will officially conclude my haul of this collection...I took my chances on swirls, I am usually lucky on the draw that way. Just hoping nothing shatters in transit...

Always helpful & kind...that's Naynadine! I thought someone said way earlier to pat into the colors, so I did & it was a muddy mess. I haven't even touched my MESs since then because of this. Now I'll try to swirl the colors gently. I just got the 286 & I'm in love! I think I may have to get a second one because I can see this getting used every day & it's awesome for blending. I've been on the hunt for a good blending brush for my crease & this is it. The 224 is too big for my eye socket & it's a little scratchy. I recently bought the 275 & that's a welcome addition to my brush collx.

I didn't even like the 286 that much when I first got it when the Naturally collection came out. I just now realized how great it really is when I used it with Earthly. I liked it before, but now I love it! I might pick up a second one too later on. Kind of pricey.

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere on the forums, but how does the 286 compare to the 222? I've heard that they are similar and if that's true, I may want to pick one up. I still haven't touched the 222's I found at the CCO b/c I want to preserve them, LOL. I only keep one in rotation right now.

Dude. I bought my first 2 MAC brushes a month ago and haven't touched them. 239 and 217. I don't wanna stain them! I feel ridiculous.

This is my exact dilemma! I got a light year with a lot of the dusty rose swirl, and I love the color. I also realized from swatches online, that because of my large pink swirl, it swatches a lot pinker than other light years. But I really wanted a backup, so I just ordered one, because I figure, if there's less of the pink, I get a more peachy light year, and who knows, I might love it just as much and theoretically I can classify them as two different shades.
Its stressful ordering a backup online. You wonder if you'll get a weird dudAt least thats what I've been wondering about my BU Light Year that I just ordered. The first one that I got to pick out at Macys had lots of the rose pink, but when I went to a different Macys last weekend, all the 5 that they had, had very little of that color so I didn't buy a BU.
