MAC By Request discussion

Anyone know if WINNER is good for only one use or for more than one order? It would be stupid on MAC's part to make it one time but you never know. I did get a different code via text which is MBR so I'll use that for the es's if it's still valid as they gave no expiration date.

I hope they do. I also wish they would let us give them some ideas on what we would like to have brought back and then let us vote for the top three or four from our choices.

I'm thinking they will do it again, and will probably do it with other products like blush or MSFs.

IDK about CYY either. I have it from the first time it came out and it is so hideous on me. I can't imagine that it looks that amazing on so many people because I have coloring that can pull off most anything else.

It's reusable until the expiration date. I've used it twice now.

LMAO I get so irritated when I see things like this messed up. Like "mind bottled" instead of "mind boggled"... "caddy" instead of "catty"... I could go on and on lol!!

I think it's just that people don't hear the phrase correctly. Lol, I thought for the longest time "kit and caboodle" was "kitten caboodle" until I saw the phrase written in text. I always thought it didn't make any sense. Why would you have a caboodle of kittens?

I know what really irritates me is hearing the same phrase ad nauseam. I cringe every single time I hear "at the end of the day."

I'm freaking out - I have such a heavy load at college this year with all my Law school applications, exams and just general study that I'm fearful I'll miss it due to that.

I haven't even been on Specktra lately as I'm having to study for the LNATS (UK version of American LSATS) and what not.

Was anybody up, when the Lipglasses went up on the site? If so what time did they go up, before MAC's email?

I know they were available by 6 am , due to the email from MAC arriving at my box at 6:23 am.

I just want to know, so I know an estimate of when to wake myself up on Monday for the E/S , should they
not release them late Sunday night, or shortly after midnight.

Looks like anyone who wanted the lipglasses will get them.. Yeah!!!!

I don't have the money for a lipglass, only the shadow so ...

I was online this morning around 6:30 EDT, and I had that tab open, so I looked, and they were not up at that time. I had to go to work right after. I got the email around 8 AM.

I hope they release the shadows around 11PM the night before, like they did with the lipsticks. Moth Brown is the only one I want. I can't stay up waiting for it though, as work>makeup.

Okay I just got ahold of someone from MAC.

By Request will be released 4th October in the UK.

I wasn't told if it'd all be released at once but that at least lets us know the first batch if they don't release it all at the same time! I guess I'm going to be very tired that day in college.

I was up and fortunate to get my CYY and Moxie!!! So far the lip glasses are not sold out when I checked five minutes ago. I hope that the eye shadows don't sell out so quickly like the lipsticks. I really want all three of them!

I'm not sure when I want the e/s released. Monday morning (around the same time the l/g were released) might be best for me, since I have to wake up that early for work anyways. Plus, I might have friends in town the day before and I know we'll be out and about. I don't want to miss stalking! I'll probably also be really tired...

me too I'm going to stalk the site again to get all the eyeshadows and I'm thankful I got my hands on cyy and moxie. I'm also thinking about getting the lip glasses when the shadows come out.
