That picture is indeed the Fall 2012 collection. It does look a lot like Spring and not the usual Fall collection. However it is suppose to be right on trend according to my girl at Saks. If any of you are interested I recommend Katie Diaz at the Saks in NY. Shes super sweet and has been right on point with coloring. If shes not available I recommend Chandelle. They are both really helpful. They have the collection now I was told. My orders in the mail

Can't wait to see the brushes!!!! I scored some of the d/c private label lipsticks at the CCO today - Moroccan Rouge, Blush Nude and Cherry Lush - I was surprised how many they had - I passed on Bruised Plum, Black Orchid and Ginger something......all gorgeous colors but I don't think I could pull them off. I also pre-ordered Narcissist and the Enchanted quad from Saks yesterday - they're supposed to ship by 9/30.

I saw the collection at the counter.

The brown quad is beautiful. Very pretty colors. It is metallic, but subtle. I am thinking about getting it.

The blush is CRAZY bright.

Liked the polishes.

I purchased the Enchanted quad and wearing it today. I did not have much time to play with application, but the colors are subtle. It gives subtly pearly brightening effect, sort of like like Chanel Les Perles quint from Spring 2011.

I recommend you also check out the gloss, wonderful pigmentation and long staying power.

The brushes look beautiful. 'gossmakeupartist' did a review of the crease brush on his second channel. I must have this brush!

I played more with the Enhcanted quad.

The picture does not do it justice. The colors are not flat, they have amazing dimension you can see once apllied. I am in love with the lower left taupe color. Thi sappears boring in the pan but applied it is very purplish/pink toned and pulls the whole look from boring to unexctectedly amazing.
The most similar color I ownto lower left is the middle color from Ombres Perlees quint but it is darker.
Compared to taupe from Topkapi, topkapi is more beige.

I am not fan of the texture, I like soft buffery texture Guerlain has so i will see how these work out.

The blush is quite bright, as someone noted earlier, but it also has a sheerness to it (when I swatched it on my arm)......again, I'll see how it works out on my face!

The Best Things in Beauty totally panned the collection, and I'm not sure why except the vehemence with which she describes it smacks a bit of sour grapes.....perhaps she didn't get it gratis?

I know I saw her blog. Dont know why. I mean the Enchanted quad goes nicely with brighter blush or lip.

Yes, the prices are very high, but LMdB charges even more for their eyeshadows and I have not seen that many postings bashing LMdB prices as I have seen TF.


Also I am not sure how she have seen of the collection, the items on the pic appear like random colors, but there are some others which can be paired nicely. And to me all Nars and Mac collection look like random uncoordinated, even Chanel Christmas 2011 ad Summer 2012.

SA told me that the blush and gloss are selling like crazy followed by Enchanted.

Thank you for the link. She certainly sounds like a scorned blogger. LOL! Maybe she asked for a freebie and was rejected?

I am going to order from NM online. Not waiting for the beauty event. I never use all of the samples anyway. Plus I can get a free gift with my TF purchase now.

Does anyone know if this collection is limited or going to become part of the permanent collection?

It just surprises me that a blogger would go that far out of her way to diss a collection/line. And yes, Ikram, she does seem to have no issue with other high-end (high-priced) brands like LMdB, or even Cle de Peau, so to me it totally makes her a hypocrite and damages her integrity as a blogger. Hers is one less blog I'll be frequenting.
