I looove Reel Sexy. It's definitely in high rotation along with Pink Pigeon and Watch Me SImmer. RS topped with Social Light or Fresh Air lipglass, or my go-to drugstore Neutrogena Fruity Pink gloss. I wore RS over the weekend with Just Wonderful lip pencil underneath - as per suggestion read in By Request to pair a purple liner with peach/coral lipstick. It was interesting!

If it isn't, there ought to be some similar colors out there. 'Just looking over Temptalia's swatch gallery, Coral Bliss looks similar, but I've seen it in person and it's so sheer compared to RS that it looks a lot different. Maybe Gotta Dash Sheen Supreme? Jazzed is exactly the same color, but also sheerer, so again, not quite as bright and crazy.
Here's hoping next spring will bring a new RS, just like Pink Popcorn was sort of a re-do of Playtime or Venus was an update of Gem of Roses!

I can't remember if I took pictures or not. I didn't wear any other makeup that day, I was just playing around with lip colors lol. Rocking the full lip with a bare face! haha. I may have taken pics to get a good look of the color, so I'll have to dig through the camera. Or I'll try to do a look later this week with it!

you have to show me what you are doing with the EDSF's. I still don't like mine. I know... I know...You're my RS application twin!
I totally agree with you it looks best with peachy or bronze cheeks. I'll wear it with Immortal Flower over bronzer like Goldstone msf or with Glorify all over the cheeks.
Then, I usually use bright blue or teal liner - smudgey and thick or winged out - or bright but sheer shadow like Crushed Metal Pigments or the Electric Cool shadows in neutrals, pinks, teal, blue or coral without liner but with lots of mascara. Or just massive black 60's eyes!
LOL, I even just started browsing evilbay to see what sort of highway robbery I'd be the victim of if I wanted a BU.
Edit: When I've worn gloss over it, I particularly love Force of Love lg and Star Quality csg. Private Screening csg tones it down a bit, but I usually would rather wear that one on its own. YAY REEL SEX

What Reel Sexy is to you, is what WMS is to me. I wore this almost everyday this Summer. It brightened my face and was just gorgeous. I love it more than I loved Hibiscus last year. LOL Anyone know of any dupes?

I thought WMS was going to be the best one and it was the only one I BU'ed - it's definitely way better than Hibiscus on me. RS wound up getting all that use because I had a lot of chances to be all dressed up and wild in daytime and out at night. It's a statement color, rather than just a beautiful, flattering feminine color like WMS.

My favorite lippie from this collection is still Heroine. I'm wearing it again today with a simple black winged eyeliner look. I used Rhubarb blush for the first time today and it compliments Heroine very well. I finished the look with Lightscapade as a highlight on my cheekbones and Strada as a contour in the hollows of my cheeks and on my temples.

I did Elegant's patented dab and smoosh technique then put a little Bubble Tea plush glass over it. Also, I checked in natural lighting, and it had less of the cheetoh orange glare, so I am happy with it again. It is certainly unique. As for color stories, I really loved the crazy promo stuff with Shop Shop Shop, Cook Cook Cook.There sure was a massive amount of stuff in this one. I resisted all the shadows and blushes, but I went to town on the lipsticks and csgs and the eye pencils! So far, it's still just squeaking by as my favorite collection this year, for the tightly edited, avant guard color story as well as the uniqueness of the best products in it. Plus I adored all the promo photos and that weird ass, creepy promo film with Kristen McMenamy. I think it'd be easy to call it the sexiest collection this year - for all the freaky hot punk mamas wearing sunglasses after dark.
When it comes to RS, I think it's workable on deeper skin tones if you generally do well with warmer colors. It's definitely neon as hell if you apply it full strength - I've seen my lips practically glowing even in dark clubs with it. The trick for wearing it during the day is to just do a light layer, then pat the color into your lips with your fingertips, rather than blotting, which doesn't fuse the color into your lips the way the warmth of your fingers do. Once you've done a patted layer, you have the option to do another light layer or more. It's excellently buildable and controllable like this.

I could get into a Cheetoh lipstick - the dust would leave me with those juicy flocked lips I'm still waiting to finally see the light of day. They can call it Crunchy Snack!
You're right about RS changing around a lot depending on the lighting - glad you made it work!

I have Magenta blush n luuuv it!!! Its very pigmented so lightly tapping the brush works just fine... I dont own Heroine but I make my own dupe n they look "berry" pretty lol
