Thanks for the pics! I ordered the pink set and the plum polish. I played around with some drug store plum lipsticks to see if I would like the color, and that kind of deep plum did not work out for me, so I skipped the plum lipstick. Such a gorgeous shade. I had to cancel my order because I no longer want the plum lippie. I showed my fiance a swatch on-line and he didn't like it. He said it was too dark and it wouldn't flatter me and I trust his judgement. So I reordered the beige lippie and the status says processing so it'll probably ship later today.

The La Provocante has sold out and has been removed from Chanel's website. A couple of people in another thread said their pre-orders were canceled. Will Chanel restock it? I don't have experience with how they handle limited edition items.

I am so excited about these although I have not gotten shipping confirmation yet. I ordered the Infidele and Provocation sets. I do not do beiges, greiges, caramels, nudes etc. Although that quartz NP is looking fine.

where have you found swatches? I have only seen pictures of the sets so far. Long live swatches

Try calling the Chanel counter in Bal Harbor Florida. They will take your order over the phone and ship it to you. They still have some in stock!

OMG they have the worst customer service ever!!! I'd rather give my money to MAC to be honest. I called twice and neither of the people wanted to help me with my order being cancelled. I called the store in florida that is close to me and they were willing to ship, but since I was a first time customer they couldnt do the order for me. This is ridiculous. All I want is a dang $32.50 lipstick!

What chanel.com just said to me on the phone (I did not order La Provocante but was calling because I think they may have lost my order for Provocation, lol) was that although La Provocante ls sold out and some preorders were cancelled you can currently order on the web site as a backordered item and it will be restocked. Take with a grain of salt, or maybe several grains, but that's what they just said.

Its just unacceptable service. They didnt even take my order number, just said that they cant help, and they will not attempt to help going forward. Why have a pre-sale if you are not going to have the merchandise? They were so rude. I cant even believe it. I was a manager for a retail company for some time and I would not DARE dream of telling someone that I cant help them if I could. I am really disappointed.

Agreed. In the years I've been dealing with Chanel and MAC I've found MAC to have far better CS. I've also found Nordstrom to have far better CS than Neiman Marcus. It's like there's some sort of inverse relationship between priciness of the company/store and level of CS. You could call back and see if you get someone who is not rude, but if you really want the lipstick I wouldn't bother with that. I'd just place another order for the backordered item.

still no charge for the LS, but a 1 lb. box is waiting at the UPS hub to be delivered to me. they are making me paranoid now. if i get a box with just the one sample in it tomorrow, i'm going to learn all sorts of bootleg French, get into it with their idiotic customer service reps in all sorts of languages and creative combinations of swear words, and kick stuff around the house and possibly do some table flipping if my tiny muscles will allow.
