Wow. What is REALLY GOING ON?

I have no clue. I call to check and customer service keeps telling me everything is fine and that's it's just processing. I have no choice but to be patient, but it seems weird that it's still processing with 2nd Day shipping. People with standard shipping are already getting their orders processed faster than mine.

I'm wearing YR right now. I like it. First, the application is easy. It's smooth, creamy and opaque. I used Mac Prep+Prime, but I'm pretty sure application would be breezy without it, too. As for the color, it's...nice. It's not the terribly unique color I was hoping for. Who the hell said anything about grey being in this? Deep plum cream is how it's described on the site and that's spot on, in my opinion. It's great for Fall and especially great for women of color. No backups for me.

Sounds good to me. A grayed out purple would have looked horrible on me. I think this color will be the deep plum/ purple I'm looking for! Sounds like its a great color and the formula is good.

After looking at your swatches it doens't look much different than the plum which i also own. When I get mine, and I haven't gotten the shipping notice yet, I can compare for you

It isn't my photos or swatches... However I kinda hope the backorder I placed pulls through.

I don't normally purchase expensive lipsticks in colors I don't see myself wearing a lot, but this one just got to me.

However when you get both, I would love to see the comparison. Thanks!

I hope so. It would be funny if we find out it's something we have already. LOL! That was really pretty though. And it looked matte. Very pretty. I'm going to be wondering about it until I find out.

i've decided to keep YR. i used it with, please dont laugh. WetnWild's Plumberry lip liner. its the only purple lip liner i own. i just went to the mac store and totally forgot to ask for a lipliner to match this. the WnW lipliner its perfect for YR but i dotnt like the formula that much so.ill be looking for a lipliner this week. any suggestions?? i'm about to place an order at maccosmetics.com
