So I wore Y R for the 1st time yesterday and it was marvelous!!! I paired it with a medium metallic grey shadow (from a cheap palette), a frosted lavender blush (Black Radiance Plum Sorbet) and of course lotsa mascara (Opulash Bad Bad Black) It was truly a striking fall look I didn't get a pic cuz I was so busy but I will try to repeat this look at home 4 my avatar pic change...

Omg you don't want to see it!!!! Lol it's so annoying it like pulls your page down so you try to click on one thing and it clicks something else idk if it's just on iPads but I hope they get rid of it.

I got my black box about two days ago and I've only just gotten the time to sit down and open it. I'm liking YR so far. Mine is one of the darker ones that gets full opacity in only two passes of the lippie. If I want to sheer this out I'll go for one coat or put lip balm under it.

Today I bought an Illamasqua lipstick called Kontrol. Meant to get it ages ago, but I forgot. It's a dark purple, with blue in it. It's really dramatic and gorgeous. Just throwing that out there for people looking for a more opaque or dramatic color.

Yeah Kontrol has a good bit of blue in it which makes it a good bit different from YR.

And I'm pretty sure Kontrol fits that bill. LOL! I've wanted Kontrol for a while but I always forget about it and end up spending money on something else. Kontrol is a pretty one.

Same here! I just rec'd my Kontrol from Sephora. I ordered it because I found YR patchy like a few others. But thankfully it is completely different.

Cyber is darker and matte and YR is ligher and a touch more purple with a glossier finish

YES this happens to me all the time and it is soo frustrating!! The damn website URL says it is MAC CANADA but the "free shipping for orders 50+" always gives it away!!

Actually, come to think of it, I've had similar problems. Sometimes, I've changed my settings to Canada (used to recognise it automatically), but when I switch to look at another page- like the Site Map- it switches back to US.

I put one of these up in the bin in case somebody is looking. I just kinda realized I have so many lipsticks that I don't need as many backups as I have. At least I have only been buying 1 BU instead of a half dozen like I used to

Found another dupe while going through my lipsticks. Revlon's Va Va Violet is a color dupe. It is in no way a texture dupe. The Revlon is a creme. Yung Repunxel has a creamier finish and has a slightly glossier finish. So if you missed out on this lipstick I would suggest this as an option.

Wait, I have Va Va Violet. Don't know why I didn't compare it. Some how I thought it would be a dupe for Cyber which I don't own, so didn't think to swatch it.

I like em equally. YR is def more toned down though. I wore it yesterday and got a lot of compliments. I've yet to wear Cyber out of the house so I'll see how that works out for me lol
