MAC for Marilyn

I've been doing some Instagram stalking because it looks like there was a MAC meeting about the Marilyn collection for employees this week. I feel kind of creepy posting instagrams but I know we're all desperate!

I also like the look of the shadows, but I'm going to skip them. Need to save for Glamourdaze.

Thanks! I'm not seeing anything mind blowing, so I will just look out for LG, have a few snacks, grab a drink at the event and go home. The red lipsticks will probably be a great addition to a MM lover, but to me, red is red. there isn't any reinventing of the wheel going on here; and out the the many reds MAC puts out over the year, plus other brands I have, I am good if I don't buy another red lipstick

i feel the same way about love goddess. it was the only product i was planning on getting. i'll wait for a lip swatch, but from what i see i'm not liking anything. they all seem easily dupe-able.

Thanks to Specktra and it's loyal members posting links to swatches (you guys rock!!!!), i won't be getting Love Goddess or anything else except for Scarlet Ibis, Deeply Adored and Charmed I'm Sure. I love a red lip especially in the fall/winter. There are so many shades of red that i can never have enough of them!

Which means i can purchase to my heart's content when Glamour Daze arrives...my hubby will be proud that i didn't make two large purchases this month from MAC..yay for me!!!

I'm a bit late to the party here, but just wanted to say that the only thing I'm dying for in this collection is Deeply Adored. I LOVE a deep red lip, and it's so hard to find one that doesn't lean too pink/berry on me. Fingers crossed this is a good one! My local MAC store sent an email saying they're having their Marilyn weekend starting on 9/27, so you can bet I'll be jetting out of work that day to see if I can get my hands on it.

And as i expected, will probably buy all the lipsticks except for Pure Zen (already have that one in regular packaging).
The eyeshadow swatches are making me doubt if i want to try one tho, they don't really appeal to me
