And as i expected, will probably buy all the lipsticks except for Pure Zen (already have that one in regular packaging).
The eyeshadow swatches are making me doubt if i want to try one tho, they don't really appeal to me

I want the same lipsticks too, but might skip Scarlet Ibis also. I feel the same about the shadows, so hopefully I'll want to stay away when I see them and save $$.

I missed Scarlet Ibis before, so I'll be picking that up. I love Deeply Adored but I have SO many dark red lipsticks I'm not sure if I need another. I'll probably pick up Legendary and the BP, but I don't know if I'll be snagging anything else besides those three things.

I've been doing some Instagram stalking because it looks like there was a MAC meeting about the Marilyn collection for employees this week. I feel kind of creepy posting instagrams but I know we're all desperate!

its kind of a collectors thing. i have bought several old madonna magazines, old casettes. things that were probably $2 when they came out. also stuff that came out in other countries like japan, germany and uk exclusives. i just wanted them and pay like $20 and up. i can definitely see a marylin collector buying something like that. especially from over seas.

Yes, I can understand that to a certain degree. That invite just doesn't seem that exclusive and special to me. I hope if someone really wants one they can get it for cheaper!

Me too. I saw someone asked her which was which (was that someone here? if so, thx!) and she said Deeply Adored is on the far right and Charmed is next to it. She also said those are blush swatches not BP.

thanks for the info!!! and come on mac, i wanted deeply adored to be darker!! im already skipping CIS and if DA is not dark im just going to get Love Goddess.

I think I'm still on board for Love Goddess. The two reds, I dunno. Don't think they'll do anything for me that Russian Red and every other red I have can't.

If that swatch is the coral blush (or is that TPC?) and not the BP it's underwhelming. Hopefully I can skip it without having skippers remorse afterwards.

yeah. if i was a marylin collector i would call mac or ask one of the MA at my store if they could get me one. i wish mac would send to us atleast the ads that they send to bloggers. i would love to have a binder or some on my wall.
