Oh and I skipped the other reds b/c they are sooo common. I was wearing a matte ysl lipstick that looks just like CIS. The darker lipstick reminds me of something I own or owned, too. I can't keep repeating myself with the same shades of red.

Is it just me or has MAC released a ton of similar colors but in different finishes for this past year or so?

Or is it that I've just bought something lipstick wise from almost every collection for the past 3 to 4 years?

IDK I just feel like they have repeated more this year.. Or maybe this year I reached a vast amount that there aren't many new colors they could come up with and am expecting too much lol

I just got back from the Marilyn event. It seemed like the store had a good quantity. They said they were holding half for the launch next week. The beauty powder sold out first. All the lipsticks except scarlet ibis and pure zen. Preffered blonde sold out first of the eye shadows and when I left they only had showgirl left. The beauty powder was the first item to sell out and a lot of people were upset they waiting in line for just that. The prefect cheek and legendary also sold out.
