i hope so. i dont think ive ever been stressed out over a LE collection. I think since they didnt release it to us reg folks sunday night like most LE collection it just threw me for a loop lol.
It would be good business for mac to make more items available for a longer amount of time but do they ever.

I'm pretty sure that there is no different stock for Pros and regulars. They might restock, but it is still the same inventory. Logistically, it would be very challenging to handle two different inventories for just one collection. I also don't think there will be larger quantities just because it is Marilyn. If anything, the quantities might be smaller to keep up the hype. Large quantities = Less hype (and then people move on to other collections or even brands).
Despite the fact that we're all addicts, the reality is that there are only so many shades of red. For those of us who already have a dozen red lippies, it's almost impossible that we not have a near dupe, particularly since these are matte. I think many of these lippies are beautiful based on online swatches, but are they hugely original? Probably not, no. A colour like Queen's Sin seems harder to dupe to me. I'm sure I'd like CIS and DA and find them both flattering; I'm equally sure that I already have colours that are PD close. If the collection launches and they're still available, I might buy them. Not sure yet. I haven't even called to ask my store to put them aside so I'm thinking I can't want them very much.

Pure Zen?? Now I'm wondering if that was the color the MA said she was wearing yesterday. There was an MA with this amazing nude color on. She looked like she may have been of Indian descent but the color looked perfect on her. She mentioned a color I recognized from the Cremesheen Pearl line. But now I'm realizing that Pure Zen is from Marilyn too. I'm wondering if that was the color. It may have been Shanghai Spice. Can't remember. If it was Pure Zen I should have tried it on. Oh well, I'll try in store later. But it would have been nice to have a Marilyn lipstick if I end up liking it.
I find Smut to be a very versatile color, so there are LOTS of beautiful combos. One of my fave looks is to use a light color on the inner part of the lid (anything like Naked Lunch, Vanilla, Vex, etc), Satin Taupe in the center of the lid (another fave e/s of mine), and Smut on the outside corner and into the crease and smoke it out. For a little more drama, you can also use Smut on the lower lash line and smudge it. Just one of many possibilities!
Yikes! I better up my stalking practices then! I have really been slacking...I will say though that this is the first time I have ever checked in on a collection while at work!

thanks. i don't like how she said unless you are super pale or light that the beauty powder and blushes wont work even as a highligter. when i saw the blushes they seem pigmented enough to show up on darker skins so idk what shes talking about lol. and as for the beauty powder being used as a highlighter im pretty sure it will work lol
