MAC for Marilyn

Hi guys!

, but I always use specktra before buying anything from any collection lol, so thank you all for taking the time to review and provide swatches of products

With that being said, I am thinking about getting 4-5 things from this collection, are there any stand outs you recommend? I can't really make up my mind and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not..

I've been a lurker on specktra for a while now lol. I just don't post because I'm usually pretty busy and feel overwhelmed when I get back on here and see 5-10 more pages of posts lol.
What's your skin tone?
I myself am pretty fair skinned, and I'm going to pick up Legendary blush and Pure Zen lipstick.
I'm not big on bold lips and I don't use highlighters but if I were, I would get Love Goddess & Charmed, I'm sure lipsticks and the beauty powder. I'm thinking about getting Charmed because I don't have any true red lipsticks and I'd like to have one for the holidays.
I'm really not interested in the eyeshadows or dazzleglasses at all. :/

I can't wait to pick up my order tomorrow!  I called my SA today to see if it would be ready of if I had to wait for the event next week.  She said she texted me to confirm she set aside everything I wanted - my phone was off so I hadn't yet received it.  We joked that we must be psychically linked as I had called her not more than an hour after she texted me.

how are u getting ur stuff tomorrow? paid and reserved mine but She won't give it to me till next Thursday

. He hit refresh for me so I could take a shower. (that was the fastest shower I ever took. LOL). Just wanted to be refreshed for the next 4 to 5 hrs of doing nothing but hitting refresh and googling random things to keep me awake.

Oh, I had no idea and had no bad intentions. The last thing I would want is to get someone in trouble. I had no idea. I am really sorry and thank you for notifying me of this. I just didn't want her to have to return it and it get destroyed but it's not worth her pro card.

Just a thought before I head to bed for reals. What if all of the waiting and changing statuses on the pro site is just a ploy. What if hypothetically there is a good amount of stock but MAC wants people to buy buy buy. If people are all oh crap I'll never have another chance they'll be likely to spend more. Kinda like with Ruffian which is still available. Btw, I wonder if it was supposed to be limited life instead of LE. Just throwing this out there. I am hoping they have more stock then they are leading us to believe. Good night all. I hope this doesn't launch until we are all up and have a fair chance.

What items are you interested in?

LOL, that's my list. I thought about PZ but I have a bunch of nudes lippies. That's all I used to buy from the collections. I thought since I hit 50 a couple of weeks ago its time to break out of my comfort bubble I tone some brighter ones down with Bubbles l/s.

My daughter, almost 24 rarely wears makeup but if she does it's when she's going out and she can rock Russian Red. It looks great with her fair skin and dark brown hair. I'm kind of afraid of RR.

Seriously I don't think my daughter is related to me. I think they switched her at the hospital. Except pretty much at any given age you could pull out an old pic of me at the same age and it looked like her. She hates shopping, that's a dead give away to anyone that knows me is like who is that child you gave birth to? Over the years I've asked her if she wants to go to MAC and get some goodies but nope or tell her to pick a place but rarely has she taken me up on it. If my mother would have asked me that I would've been in the car waiting before she finished that question. I blame my hubby. It's absolutely all his fault. What did I expect when I married an engineer. They are wired waaay different, not a lot of emotion goin on, just floats along. And because of that I call him the Tinman that he has no heart. Years ago I bought him a Wizard of Oz tie with muted hearts and tiny little tinman scattered about. He wears it around Valentine's Day each year.

Ok, sorry, almost 3am here. brain is bouncing about----and that is why he calls me the Scarecrow.

BTW, Wizard of Oz is my all time fav movie. That's why it is referenced quite often in our house.

Oh good I'm not alone. It's ten after 1am here in WA. I put some items on hold at a store in New York. I have to call and pay for them when they open, so it looks like I will be pulling an all nighter. But just incase there is a mix up, I'm going to wait up till they launch online. I'm mostly interested in the l/s for now. I will go to my local MAC on the 4th to check every thing else out. I plan on being there when the mall doors open at 7:30 am.

I'm up but not ordering since I already pre ordered If any of u ladies that want the BP are NC25 or above Don't buy it!! Its completely invisible !!! I layered and Layered and couldn't get it to show up on my skin to Save my life!!! Both blushes are beautiful and show up Well though!!
