I noticed that today, I went to the counter at macys and my wonderful MUA let me see the catalog for the collection and they are described as "mini" but are still $19.50 I was definitely not happy about it.

So basically they're bringing the price up in line with the Estee Lauder cyber metallic shadows. Those are even smaller actually, only 0.9 g each!

This is not good. I'm sure they'll rip off 23.50 euros here for them (we did not get the original EDs). And the regular e/s is - what 16.50?

Anyone else noticed that the eyeshadows are now 1.3g instead of 2g? I hope they will be less pricey. Is it the release date for pro members?

How much were the orginal/bigger edes? I believe here they were €19,50/$25 so if it's the same price I'll skip most of them. I only wanted a few but not for such a price.

This is my prelim list. It ALWAYS gets smaller with swatches so I'm not too worried at the moment.

Lipsticks:
Glamourdaze - midtone creamy plum (CS)
Outrageously Fun - midtone magenta violet (CS)

Extra Dimension Skinfinish:
Whisper of Gilt

Kohl Power Eye Pencil:
Raven - intense black with red pearl
Orpheus - intense black with gold pearl
Mystery - intense black with green pearl

Powder Blush:
I'm the One - midtone blue pink
Easy Manner - light dirty peach
Small Vanity - dusty rose tan

I'll likely end up skipping the pencils or only getting one/two and likely only one blush, but we'll see. The more swatches I see I'll definitely cut down though.

EDIT: Googled swatches. Not interested. Saving my wallet, score!

Well, off they go from my list! I was looking at 4 but $20 is too high for me. Sad, I was looking forward to trying out the formula since I skipped them previously! On the bright side, maybe I'll get Whisper of Gilt along with Superb since I'll save on the eye stuff. Orrrrrr splurge on some Guerlain Meteorites from the Sephora sale :O

Can anyone tell me how they would wear it? I like a light lip but this seems frosty so I'm not sure if I'll know how to make up the rest of my face.

It definitely sucks that the prices are so much considering the fact that they are smaller I might still get 4 of them tho I'm not sure yet I'll have to wait and see the quality I'm going to go back and take the full price list. As much as I want this collection I just don't see myself getting out of hand with the amount of money I spend on it.

Getting so annoyed with MAC ripping us off so much lately. Guess I'll only get 1 shadow unless there is more than 1 that is a total must have. I can't justify paying that much for small eyeshadows.

Me too it reminds me of this lipstick I have from avon and it's just about finished, so I'm looking forward into purchasing the beauty lippie.

Yeah I'm getting bothered, too. I mean I'm sure there will be one or two shades that are really worth that because of a unique color and great formula, but you know there are going to be duds . At least there always seem to be. And I know it's no secret but I cannot get over the price for dazzleglass, especially the Marilyn markup. I love love dazzleglass and if the amount in the tube were the same as for lipglass I would probably own all of them but as it is Chanel glossimers and Bobbi Brown high shimmer glosses are looking more attractive.

I wonder when we'll start to get swatches of the blushes/more of the lipsticks.

I'm quite pleased my list is only 6 items and everything is a "maybe" - out of the palettes I'm only wanting 2 of the eye palettes and that's it. I think 8 items out of two collections isn't at all bad considering how much there is.

My list for this collection is not too big. I feel like something is wrong with me because I keep downsizing my MAC hauls . Stuff in italics is what I'm not very excited about.

I don't think a mini at that price point is reasonable value, particularly when I have the very lovely l'Oreal Bronzed Taupe Infallible. I think this is a pass for me.
