I guess they are sold out customer service is closed

I'm not sure if they sold out. They may be updating. However, I figured out how to add items to my cart. I was trying to add things from other collections and it still wasn't working, but there seems to be an extra step to get it to work. I select the "Quick View" button next to the product. Then I select "View this product's page" button. The item comes up with its own "Add To Bag" button and it works.

BUT the eye shadows have a message saying that the item isn't available for internet purchase and to contact their stores. The lipsticks also seem to keep disappearing from the website. There are only 4 colors when they do appear and I get the same internet purchase message. I'm thinking it's because they're still loading things up.

Mine says the same thing. I actually got up a little early for work just so I could check the status of my order, and when I saw that it was still in process, I immediately hopped on specktra to see what's going on with everyone else! I'm guessing there weren't people working at Nordies overnight to get these orders together, so hopefully we'll get good updates on our orders today. You can bet I'll be checking periodically from work!

OT, just heard this weird sound near me and realized my cat is snoring. So cute, haha.

Nordstrom can usually take up to 48 hours to process an order. If you don't have a tracking number, either by e-mail or in your account, by the end of Wednesday, then parts or the whole order may have been canceled.

I am worried about my Nordies order mainly because the name of my shipping address doesn't correspond with the name on the credit card (it's my boyfriend's card) ... do you think they will cancel it?

When this comes up on Debenhams in the UK, I may just order 4 LGs and offer to CP them to ladies who missed out! I'm quite surprised we still have so much left on the UK MAC site!

I have a strong suspicion that Nordstrom has started selling in store early. If I go to the items available on their site & select pick up in store I am getting several options of where I can pick up, usually the p/u in store option isn't available until they enter their inventories & start selling. That is probably why now if you call there they are saying they can hold or ship items out. Call your stores today ladies, do not wait until tomorrow cause you might walk into empty stores if you do. Also tell them the p/u in store option is available now online so that is why you are calling instead & usually if you tell them that they will say ok

That's usually a glitch. I've been able to order and "pick up in store" before. When I pick up my order at C/S and then go to the counter, they always tell me that I have to go back on Thurs. Sometimes, they usually even take that option off. But if it's available, I'd definitely try using it until they realize it, haha. That's how I was able to get HC, Tres Cheek and Reel Sexy early.

today should launch online by request and Marily... and I'm undecided. I like both Moxie, Love Goddess, Rocker and Moth Brown but I can't afford all four.. which one is the more dupable in your opinion.. which one should I skip?

FWIW I have both Moxie and Love Goddess and I prefer LG. I am not miss matte lip tho ...in my old age [late 40's] I find a wee bit of sheen more feminine and attractive. Mind you I buy a lot of mattes and love the mattenes just well I prefer a satin finish. This may be coloring my judgement. However I honestly think LG is more flattering in general.

Rocker is gorgeous and I haven't worn my moth brown much yet. Trying to hit pan on a brown palette from EA at the moment. Are you more a lipstick or eye girl? I think I would, in retrospect, skip moth brown. If finances were tight a crease color is not as much as a statement as a strong lip in my book. Your mileage may vary

This is just so sad! Seriously, LG is probably the best MAC lipstick I have ever tried. I wish they hadn't sold out everywhere. It is a flattering shade on everyone I have seen wearing it, I hope they release more or maybe make that one perm.

Oh I should add I am pale like NW15 or something so I do wear darker browns as crease colors instead of lid colors. If you are one of those lucky WOC then it might be a lovely thing. Also because of my age I try to lighten and brighten the eye area so don't do the darker colors on lid for smokey look. I do line and do outer V crease with dark dark colors but I need something light at tear duct and lid to combat the dreaded droopy upper eye lid

I am so so sorry to do this I feel totally terrible but my Macy's order is slated to arrive today. I have been wanting to squee since I got the delivery time but I know there are many who are still stressing and have tried not to mention it. I could just burst with excitement! I am sorry but nobody around here would understand my flailing. BTW my box from MAC came yesterday with my l/s and the guy was late. I stayed around all day til I just had to go to market and I waited til my daughter got home from school. I was very strict and said I am waiting for a box no holing up in your room with headphones. BOX. Went to CVS and then grocer. Called from grocer to make sure I did have an ingredient and asked bout box. Got home from grocer and the guy was coming up stairs so asked the teen to bring up my box and get the grocery bag {ONE BAG} cus I had to run and pick up husband. that is how late I put off my errands!! She said I could wait for my box and didn't bring it up! I of course sent her back down for it but she couldn't believe I was wanting my little black box so hard I couldn't wait an hour. Muggles.

Thanks! Mine was showing up last night when I looked it up, but it isn't now. I do have an order confirmation from yesterday morning. I e-mailed customer service, and if I don't hear anything by lunch, I'll call on my break.

Did you upgrade your shipping for your Macy's order? Mine is still waiting to be shipped and I was on that site the second it launched so I'm really concerned.

I decided to go ahead and call. When I pressed 2 for questions about an order, the automated system told me that my order was being processed with an estimated ship date of 10/8. I'm still not sure if I'll get it, but I'll keep hoping. I really want that beauty powder.

The saddest part is, that aside from MAC's stock levels, the main reason we are being tormented whilst trying to secure our orders is because of greedy Ebay sellers wanting to make huge profits and buying up the collection in huge quantities online...
