All right. Ladies & gents. I just wanted to let you know & give a shout out to Maconline.com. They are re-sending my order due to the f'ing UPS error. I'm relieved that I don't have to go to this stranger's apartment to ask for my package now. If, by some chance after I receive my new package I decide to go to this stanger's apt. for my old package, then I will have bu's of the lippies. I have a feeling this person who took in my package is keeping it for himself/herself. They had four days to contact me or leave it on my door step and they didn't. I'm still pissed about the whole ordeal, but so thankful for MAC to do this for me. I just hope my future orders won't get screwed up like this one did.

Sorry I didn't post my story yesterday but I had to sleep finally. So my husband I had our plan set for quite some time now. We had planned on being the first ones at our Macy's MAC which has a an entrance inside the mall as well as the entrance from inside Macy's..(but you would have to wait outside for those doors to open) Anyways there we were bright and early 7:30am the first ones there. I was sooo happy. For about the first hour we drank our coffees and sat on the stage in front of the store. (I didn't want to bring my lawn chair in case security had a problem with it) I got up to stretch and I saw a girl walking towards MAC, I quickly made it in front of the door. No more sitting for us. There, we held our post. By 9:30 there was a good size line. I was nervous because I didn't know if they were going to open the doors and it would be a free for all. Unfortunately my plan did not involve swatching. I couldn't risk it. 10am a young man came and unlocked the doors and said they would be helping us in our line order. YESSSSSSSSSSS. I didn't know if they would be limiting quantities so my husband and I were two separate people at the moment. lol. I good 3 LG and the SA looked at me and then looked at the line and said "You know these are limited edition" and I was like uh duh!!(I didn't say that but I knew that that was probably all they had...but that is not my fault....it's MAC's) only 2 where for me 1 was for my sister. I got 1 Little Rock, 1 Showgirl, 1 Preferred Blonde and 1 Pure Zen (so pretty). I had my husband get 3 DA. and we where outta there. We went to the car to put out bags away and by the time we got back in 10-15 mins tops it was all gone. Sad sad faces inside the store. It was kinda funny because as the first few people were arriving you could see the look on there face like they couldn't believe they weren't first. I've had to piece this collection together from online to stores all across the country. BELK CHARLOTTE NC and NEW YORK GRAND CENTRAL best customer service. OK I'm done, bring on Glamour Daze.
LOL YOU GO GIRL AND HUSBAND! love it - it wasn't the case in MAC Harrods here in the UK, I was the only one swatching lol!!! Yup and bring on Glamour Daze!!!

That's great!!!!! Kudos to MAC for caring about customer satisfaction! Fingers crossed for you that everything turns out right now!

Glad it all worked out for you! I know the whole situation was unnecessarily stressful. Hopefully UPS will also follow through on their end and retrieve your package.

Still hoping Mac will do a restock of the lipsticks on the italian web site.. I'll write an email to the costumer service to ask why the lippies have never been available on the online store (most of all Love Goddess >____>) uh and the few people who got Moxie had their order cancelled so I guess also Moxie has never been available.. it's a shame!

im glad it worked too but keeping others mail a federal crime i dont know about UPS but USPS says this


  • "Opening someone else mail is a crime. However, parents can open their kids' mail under 18.

  • It is a Federal crime and up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine to hide keep or open others peoples mail without permission if you are reported you will want to return the mail to the post office. even if the person the mail is addressed to lives in the same household.
    • It is a Federal Offense. Even the person who delivery your mail and keeps any mail or ceases to deliver that mail and keeps it can lose their job, fine or put in prison. If an envelope is addressed to two people then either of those two people have the right to open that mail."

It looks like BB in swatches.  Probably not a significant difference.  Well, except for that packaging.
Thanks! I'll go with that. The packaging is nice, but it doesntt really interest me. I would end up depottting these anyway! I guess there's a chance they'll repromote....

in the beginning I really hoped our web site would have had the lipsticks! The unique problem for a Cp is shipment... from Usa to Italy it takes one month to arrive and there could be problems with customs -______- (yes, we are really lucky) BUT I already received two CP from usa so I may think about it! I have to look for delivery costs..

so i went to nordstrom's last night to spend my $50 gift card...wandered over to Chanel and a guy who works for mac but helping someone at Chanel saw me and asked if i got my MM stuff...i said no cuz i got it last week at pro. then he was like did u know that ladies were CRYING because we sold out? and i'm standing there like WHATTTTT!!!!!! and he said yes we sold out so fast that grown woman just started crying like the world ended....and i said hmmm now THAT is sad. I understand if you're upset because u waited but sheesh it isn't the end of the world....and the holiday collection is coming up and i think it's SO much prettier hahaha.... CARAZZZZYYYYYY!!!!!
That's just nuts!
