All right. Ladies & gents. I just wanted to let you know & give a shout out to Maconline.com. They are re-sending my order due to the f'ing UPS error. I'm relieved that I don't have to go to this stranger's apartment to ask for my package now. If, by some chance after I receive my new package I decide to go to this stanger's apt. for my old package, then I will have bu's of the lippies. I have a feeling this person who took in my package is keeping it for himself/herself. They had four days to contact me or leave it on my door step and they didn't. I'm still pissed about the whole ordeal, but so thankful for MAC to do this for me. I just hope my future orders won't get screwed up like this one did.

so i have yet to play with my beauty powder, and have read how much lighter skin tones love it but how are tanned/darker skin tones liking it? i'm an NC35 and can't wait to do my makeup and try it out.

I would be careful with over applying because I think it could go too pale on darker skin tones. I think it would be pretty as a highlighter with a light application. If I had a tan I do not think it would be pretty on me at all.

thank you, just putting it on my hand looked very pale, lol luckily my closet getting ready area is all mirrors so they def come in handy when it comes to different lighting so i def can see what i look like before walking out my door. Those mirrors can be a good thing lol and then it can be a bad thing,, we have a love hate relationship...

I'm glad they were helpful I was just trying out looks to do for my brother's wedding, and I'll be using Legendary (with a mauve smoky eye and light peachy nude lips). Fusion Pink is super bright, so I rarely wear it Someone at work commented that it looked like those old movie posters where everything is black & white and the lips are bright I immediately thought of it when I put on Love Goddess. LG is more matte though (satin finish) whereas FP is more frosty.

First of all let me start off by saying that I have never had to deal with the Limited Edition hype that most of you ladies had to endure all the time!!! I can honestly say that if I had to deal with this on a consistent basis I would NEVER buy MAC..ok I'm exaggerating but seriously I wouldn't be so pressed to get LE products. So here's my story and hopefully this collection doesn't set the tone for future MAC collections in my area! Okay so TWO weeks ago I called my MAC pro store and asked them to hold some lipsticks for me and they did but my credit cards were stolen and I was unable to buy over the phone so I told him I would just catch the lipsticks when they came out at the counters... BIG MISTAKE! So I made an appointment to get my makeup done bc I was spending $50 and mid way this chick walks up and wants Love Goddess and the SA said that they had them all on hold and that she couldn't sell them. I'm like well let me see my bag because I wanted to see out of curiosity if everything I had asked to be held And low and behold they didn't have my Deeply Adored!!!!! So I was like I asked for it to be held with my package and she was like were holding one and if she doesn't come you can have it! I'm like HOLD UP!!! That could take aaaallllll day and then she proceeded to get smart....but BAYYYYBAYYYY she had the wrong one! I was like when you HOLD something and someone else comes you SELL it unless they have called to buy it over the phone....duh. Then I wanted to speak to the manager who wasn't there and she proceeded to tell me it was her first day :shock: why in the hell would they make that her first day??? That was foolish but long story short... YOURS TRUELY WALKED AWAY WITH NOT ONE BUT TWO DEEPLY ADORED!!!! You can't play a playa baby...ok I'm getting wack so I'm done lol

ugh to my surprise i just did a half face application of my makeup routine and it looks good... i want to try not to like it...i can def see the nice sheen it gives above the brows and cheeks...i love the little compact.. i tried it on my naked non makeup side next to my nose and it absorbed the oil..

This is what I'm dreading for myself. It's happened to me with Macy's before, but it was with an innocuous item at the time (Sea & Sky MES after it sold out).
