Thank you! I'm so confused. I am loving Glamourdaze and Outrageously Fun, but... I promised myself to only get Beauty. Why Mac why?????!!!!!

I really like them all. I actually don't think I have any dupes for Glamourdaze. In A Heartbeat is more peachy than Innocence. Innocence is a little sheer so I have to use a couple swipes to get good coverage.

however, my sister pointed out that the glamour daze lipstick sort of reminded her of the revlon one i own in soft rose..

So i did a bit of google-ing

...

Turns out that NO they are not exact dupes, but they are close enough for me to skip glamour daze l.s (at least that's what I'm telling myself)...

I have played with them a little. Here are some comparisons, sorry my pictures aren't great, the light seems to be fading. I am NC25 but I think my arm is a little more tan right now. Small Vanity is more unique to me, I don't have a lot of blush in that color family. It is a nice dusty rose, mugh lighter than NARS Taos. I think Easy Manner is a bit more dupeable if you have a lot of light peachy-pink blushes.

Here's some pics of the hanging travel bag. Thought it could help some of you to decide whether to pass or purchase. I'm happy with it.

I put some stuff in it and tried to show how the lace printed side is clear. I'm not sure how well you can see the objects inside because of the shiny plastic surface. The Fluidline pots are in the 1st compartment. The EDES are in the 2nd compartment and the EDSF are in each pocket. Lipsticks and gloss are in the bottom compartment. That 2nd compartment actually continues down behind the pockets, so it's rather large in size. And for those of you who are like me and would want to know, the measurements are roughly 11.5" x 17.5" (not including the hanger tip).

I loooove the bag! Thank you for the pics I'm putting this one on my list.

Cartoon Chic, thank you so much for the swatches of the shadows, they are fabulous. I keep trying to think of where to save a little money and am debating the stolen moment shadow. I have the UD Naked 2 palette as well as the Nebula pigment from the Daphne Guinness collection (which I will never ever use up)

I also called Nordstroms to see about the Making Pretty collection. I was told 12/13 and no pre-orders.......so if Mac regular site has them on 12/6, it is going to be madness.

I love purples and lilacs, just wondering about Stylish Merry on NC15 skin, if it will be too red.

The Warm Thunder EDES was still on line at nordstroms and since it was bigger and similar to the Evening Grey, I ordered that. It does have some blue in it, I had to use a light hand to use it as a more silver base.

The couture collections usually stay in stock a while. I think it will be ok.

Here is the MAC exclusive kit they listed under the heading Divine Desire. The color is Quite Coral. The outside quilting is pretty nice, and it feels sturdy. I don't know that I'd carry it around as a clutch though, seems like it would get dirty easily. The other set in Paramour Pink was pretty as well, but I thought the blush and lipstick looked like things I already had.

Exterior and the box it came in.


When you first open it there is a satin pocket in the top half (the brush is in here) and a plastic divider.


When you lift up the divider there is an insert with the product in the bottom half.


The set includes a 129SE brush, blush in Born To Love (frost), lipstick in In A Heartbeat (cremesheen), lipglass in Pure Flattery, and Technakohl liner in Photogravure.

It's my goal to travel more in the upcoming months. I got it as sort of a way to think ahead to see me traveling in the future. Kind of like a mind trick to myself that makes absolutely no sense. Plus it was too cute for me to resist.

Wweeelll I'm TRYING to think of the next things I want from other lines coming out so I did good skipping 3 out of 5 lipsticks (lol) and if you think you could skip than skip to the next line just think of rollover minutes lol 16.50 towards the next line..... (think party parrot, the new strong woman, pink pigeon)
