Yep. I noticed that last week a Nordstroms. I cancelled my order and went back yesterday after swatching things at my pro store. So weird.At my local Mac counter yesterday i did another pre-order for 2 of the fluidlines. I told the MUA that i wanted Catch My Eye and Little Black Bow. She repeated the item colors back to me and got them wrong. I told her no Catch My Eye is the taupe, silver looking one. She seemed very surprised that in the catalog they use, the pictures and names are not in the right order. She then said "uh oh this isn't good i have a feeling that a lot of customers who did pre-orders are going to get the wrong items".
I feel so bad for those who ordered judging by the catalog they have at the counter.Has this happened to anyone else on here?

Unfortunately, the CS usually does not know much about Pro release dates.So I just did a live chat to see what story they would give me about the online release date, and I was told it goes up online on Monday. For those of you who don't have a calendar handy, that's the 22nd. Which is a different date than other people have been hearing. So the confusion continues. And when I asked if that was for both the regular site and Pro, I was told "I believe so. PRO usually launches several days before the regular site, but I don't see it launching today."
*sigh* And so I continue to stalk.
Ya why is that?? Even when I ask about s certain collection they question it.... My girlfriend use to work for Mac and they told her it was ok to act like a bi.....tch. We are the ones who put their paychecks in hand. geesh!!!

exactly, that's how it was the place i was working at. If i was still working there gave mac a business card from them or pay stub my ass would've got fired. So im glad mac does ask for a license because really you're a pro with a license especially in ny with out it you can't do much. I don't agree woth the abuse either.
I've actually called Pro in the past about something completely different and didn't find them very helpful either. I'm beginning to think that informed employees of MAC are mythical creatures. They must be hidden in a field somewhere with all the unicorns and dragons...

I've just tried Dramatic Encounter, it's really beautiful ( between Musky Amethyst and Prince Noir with a gorgeous creamy texture, a very intense lipstick indeed ). I don't know what's coming next but I guess the collections are very pretty as usual.
