Damn I bet its a pro restock so on the regular site we can only see the items & mac guy was able to buy one, waaah
I was logged into pro and it still wouldn't let me add.

FYI - all of you, I just got off a live chat with Rebecca. I asked "Do you know when the Glamour Daze Collection will be available for purchase on the maccosmetics site for pro card holders?" I was told there was no exact date and to check back at the end of the month. WTF? I told Rebecca that Nordstroms had the collection up, but she didn't really seem to care. Guess these collections are selling out so fast that MAC has a nonchalant attitude about them.

From other people's post and my own interaction with Mac's live chat SA/CS reps I've concluded that they are unreliable, and lack training on their color collections. Not much of the information they release regarding color collections is inaccurate. All live chat employes need to be better trained on the release dates of their collections, even if it means sticking to telling us the date they go on sale in store. It's p a t h e t i c that none of them seem to be trained well when it comes to this.

They don't cancel orders early on, only after things have time to sell out. The collection just launched, so they'll be fulfilling them.

Girl I am in the same boat. I placed my order but want to cancel. I keep waiting for Mac but do worried it will be out of stock. Sigh I hate this game

on my phone the add to bag option is there . Then it says "item added , there is 0 item in your bag. " lol

They're definitely not as bad as Bloomingdale's. They've never canceled on me before. Not even when I had stuff mailed to me from a random counter in Seattle when Quite Cute came out.
