As I said I'm loving both of the lipsticks.. Scarlet Ibis is just perfct on my complexion.. Charmed I'm sure is definitely a blue red but it doesn't look bad on me at all.. On me, I feel, it looks so classy.
I did swatches to compare them with other reds I have, not all of them, and I don't own many blue reds eithe, so CIS is on it's own hehe

To me, Lady danger is true orange red and Scarlet Ibis is more coral red.. Revlon Red Lacquer looks so similar to Scarlet Ibis, but it's a lot more sheer.

Sorry guys you probably sick of me posting about my package now.. I won't bother you anymore.. I finally got it.
I'm in love with Charmed I'm sure and Scarlet Ibis.. so glad I got them in the end(!)

They tried to deliver my package to the wrong address for 4 times and today would have been the last attempt. All 4 times they left a card at the wrong address and nobody have come forward

I had to ring them to sort it out and the driver had to ring me as well.. urgh.. I'm glad I'm off today and otherwise I don't know if I would have gotten my package...
I'm so glad you got your lippies!!! And also that you like them - I LOVE CIS!

Oh yes, NYX liners are great! They apply beautifully and they have a wonderful selection of colours. I no longer buy liners from other brands since I discovered NYX. Nude Beige, Sand Pink and Purple Rain are perfection!

Where do you get those? Boozyshop stopped selling them yesterday night. I haven't tried them yet, but the Douglas prices are so much higher than they were on boozyshop :(

I just got an offer code for 20% off my next Bloomingdales order since they canceled part of my MM order. Did anyone else get one? I'm wondering if it can be used on beauty or if it's one of those useless codes that doesn't work for anything I want.

I like to order NYX from NonPareilBoutique or eBay (large quantities). Cherry Culture also sells NYX. Waaay cheaper than Dutch websites/Douglas.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye on those then. How do you like the nyx lip pencils compared to MAC's? I have never tried the NYX pencils...

I don't even own NYX lip pencils and I only have one MAC (and I haven't used it yet) haha.:haha: But NYX's a great brand and I've ordered a lot off NPB and eBay so.

Evilbay!

I got 12 pencils for about USD21, IIRC. Plus shipping, which was around the USD6-7 mark. The seller was really nice - she even put an extra pencil in my order (a dark brownish colour. not something I'd normally buy, but I tried it with Dark Deed the other day and it wasn't at all bad). I'll PM you the name of her eBay shop, if you like?

I was initially pretty sceptical about NYX liners because I didn't see how something so cheap could be so good. Well, I know better now! I would say they are pretty much on par with MAC liners (to be fair, I only have four). And they are infinitely better than some of the high end liners I tried (I have a Dior one which better belongs to a Crayola set). Mind, I only ever use the pencils for lining my lips. I never use them for colouring the entire lip, so I can't comment on how the NYX liners work if that's what you're after.

Thanks for the input. That would be lovely!

BTW, most of the time I only line my lips. Every now and then, when I wear a higher maintenance lip, I fill in my lips too.

Cork/Chestnut
and Nyx Toast is the closet to Cork.

Finally wore Love Goddess, I love how it brightens up my face. It pulls pink, and is the first pink I don't have to tone down.

I also tried Deeply Adored, very pretty.

Not sure these lippies were worth the drama that ppl had. If I had to fight/claw for them, I might have been disappointed.
