Maybe it's just me, but in the promo pics on the site, I don't like looking at her fingernails - looks like she was digging in the dirt and its all around her nails.
Can't wait to get my goodies. I'm still deciding if I should get the $70 pink set. Anyone get it?

A gal in my store did her nails to match the promo pics. It looked really nice in person (to my twisted eyes, at least) - the black has so much colorful glitter - I guess that helps.Maybe it's just me, but in the promo pics on the site, I don't like looking at her fingernails - looks like she was digging in the dirt and its all around her nails.

I have to say, the last two lipsticks look EXACTLY like the Fall shades from Estee Lauder, except that those were matte. I think someone in product development is splitting their time between the parent and the "baby".
The fluidlines do look really sparkly. This makes them less useful for me (can't wear those to work!), but not necessarily less appealing (more excuses for a night out!)

Well, I placed my order. I'm hoping it will all be great, but the good thing about ordering online is that it is easier to return (no mac store nearby). I only purchased one palette because there is no pro discount on any of the special items. I really wanted the orange/coral brush kit and the Divine Desire face kit but cannot afford $70 for the face kit and $50 for the brush kit (I have a lot of brushes and don't really need them, but gosh they are pretty). So, here is what I ended up ordering (I needed the brush and it brought the total to $150 so I got the free shipping). I'm not sure about the WOG but if it doesn't work on my NC20 skin, I'll return it. I did want the Feminine Edge Fluidline but I find I don't really use my lighter colored eye pencils, and figured I'd not use this one either, but I might change my mind if it is still in the store whenever I can finally get there. As you can see, I'm a huge fan of the ed eye shadows

HEEHEE!!!! My son LOVES those mints from Olive Garden! I SWEAR he goes around to all the different workers and gets several from each by batting his ridiculously long eyelashes at them! Waitresses, Waiters, Hostess, the Manager on duty... NO ONE is safe from giving him those mints! I actually had to stop him once from wandering into the kitchen with one of the hostesses that wanted to show him off!! LOL I guess that makes her nails more tolerable now... I will just think of that instead of dirty nails!It was so distracting to my eyes. I mean...its called Glamour. You'll laugh, but then it also reminded me of those light green & chocolate candies...thin mints or those little mints they give you at Olive Garden

What do you all think about the Hanging Travel Bag? It's only sold at MAC stores and on MAC's online store. I wonder if it looks cheap in person?

I didn't like it. I freely admit I'm not a fan of the leopard/lace combo but I found the upper pockets to be too small to be useful for me. It's nowhere near worth $48 CDN, IMO.

I was supposed to buy Easy Manner, Raven and Dramatic Encounter.. but I ordered Raven, Dramatic Encounter, Stolen Moment, Orpheous, A Natural Flirt, and Nightmoth which isn't in that collection. I'm sad that Mystery is still 'coming soon'.

I got Glamourdaze, I don't have a colour like it. I didn't get Small Vanity because I didn't know if it would work for me. Not enough swatches to convince me to get it. I got some PRO items and C1 F&B foundation instead.Did you get Beauty l/s?
