Well, I placed my order. I'm hoping it will all be great, but the good thing about ordering online is that it is easier to return (no mac store nearby). I only purchased one palette because there is no pro discount on any of the special items. I really wanted the orange/coral brush kit and the Divine Desire face kit but cannot afford $70 for the face kit and $50 for the brush kit (I have a lot of brushes and don't really need them, but gosh they are pretty). So, here is what I ended up ordering (I needed the brush and it brought the total to $150 so I got the free shipping). I'm not sure about the WOG but if it doesn't work on my NC20 skin, I'll return it. I did want the Feminine Edge Fluidline but I find I don't really use my lighter colored eye pencils, and figured I'd not use this one either, but I might change my mind if it is still in the store whenever I can finally get there. As you can see, I'm a huge fan of the ed eye shadows

Yay for the 130 brush! I was just saying in another thread that this is my favorite face brush. You definitely needed that!

I also ordered WoG (missed it the first time around) and am NC20/25 (not sure which exactly since I've gotten into Matchmaster foundation...but definitely one of those!). I'm totally confident it will work on our skintone. Most golds do!

Same here! It's a bit strange but Double Spin was better on me when I was tanned (nc25-30)! Now that I'm paler it's not as good as it was.

In an atempt to make Yung Rapunxel work on me somehow (which it doesn't, no matter what I try, I look a mess) I applied DS and then YR over it in a thin layer. Was a little better than just YR straight out of the tube, but still, no bueno.

I preordered a bunch of stuff at a MAC store using a gift card. I'm rethinking a couple of items that I bought and am wondering if they will allow me to substitute a regular item for a Glamourdaze item. I know the gift card can't be returned but can we put back Glamourdaze items and get something else?

Oh now that I've had a chance to sit down (moving Thursday! This is crazy time)... I ordered: Pink brush set Beauty ls Outrageously Fun ls I'm The One blush And all three of the fluidlines I try to follow threads closely... But I think I missed this if it was posted somewhere... Are there dupes of Easy Manner? I have gone on an absolute coral/ peach blush phase this year! Do I neeeeeed it?? Nc10-15? On another note... How has everyone in the past moved their make-up? I am super paranoid about letting anyone touch my make-up (dropping it, losing it, forgetting it). I have everything in bins that the movers will not be moving.. Just me (or more likely, a supervised hubster). I am so fearful of my MSF or blushes breaking! We are only moving 5-7 miles away... But a lot of damage can happen in just seconds. I sound like a freak lol Ps. I also intend to order the purple gloss set too.

I've been moving internationally at least a dozen times. While most of my make up survived moving, a few items broke. As you are just moving a few miles away, it's probably less dramatic for you. I would pack up all the make up myself, drive it there, and store it in a safe place in the new home. It's best to plan ahead as moving days can be quite hectic.

I so love the 130. I have two. One reg and one that came in a brush kit. The kit version isnt the same so i might just buy another reg version even tho i hope mac comes out with a short handled version before i get it

I always bubble wrap all my mineral products and blushes. They are just too fragile and I know I would freak if something limited edition broke.

Well, I did my order. Flight of Fancy, Tall Dark and Handsome, and Mystery. I'm still debating on Stolen Moment. I'm not much of a taupe girl but it looks like there are hints of purple in it.
