So.. it got CANCELED :')

Now what shall I do!

is there a chance I can find someone, or a website to order the set for me, ship it to my US address & I pay them through paypal?

I found a site ShipsUS

but they are kinda expensive.. $8 for registration, $20 for placing an order + 4% visa fees.. hmmmm SO I will end up paying +50% of the Set price ($70), & the have their own adress & shipping rates -.-
I might be able to help you out. What were you looking to get? Have you tried asking if the MAC stores in Dubai will ship to you in Bahrain?

Oh thank you a million times over!

They reckon Pervette is the closest permanent shade ...

Wowzers! $80 is a lot ... there are hardly any swatches of B-Cup on the net so i'd be taking a real gamble...

Sorry guys, I feel like I have swamped this thread with 2007 products ... they are sorta similar to Beauty but really veering off the topic of Glamour Daze ..

Glad to help. :)

I know that the new shadows are smaller but when I got all of my goodies in the mail from Nordstroms today I was shocked and had to laugh at how tiny the new shadows are compared to the original extra dimension ones!

Wow! I really did not realize quite how small they really were! not that I might use one up, but still..... The dark ones I would definitely not finish, but Ready to Party looks right up my alley

I can email someone a pic of Innocnce, Razzledazzler, Cut a Caper and Ravishing if they need it....

lol! i think they are cutie cute. hee!

i know i always feel depressed when I look at my larger shadows (namely tweet me, MES, et. al.). I feel like I'll never hit pan on them. At least the regular sized shadows give me a false sense of confidence.

Size zero :)

However, I still claim that these will last you a long time before you hit pan. Enjoy :)

For those of you wondering whether to get WOG or Superb, I found this helpful comparison to MAC's All That Glitters eyeshadow

mac+extra+dimension.JPG

So for those of you that have all that glitters in your stash, perhaps try dab it on your cheeks and see how you like the colour. I own superb, I'm an NC20 very warm undertones, and when I use Superb sparingly it gives a nice sheen with a neutral undertone that is neither too warm or cool. The effect is almost metallic but more subtle if that makese sense. But if i overdo it with Superb (which happens a lot because i'm an absolute highlighter fiend) it can look like i've put bronzer on my cheekbones in some angles of light.

I would say the undertone of Superb seems similar to All That Glitters. Funnily enough, I actually tried to use Superb on my eyelids after seeing this comparison pic...decided it looked great and purchased All That Glitters as well as 2 X WOG yesterday lol

In terms of using EDSFs as eyeshadow, I've only done it once so i can't give a definitive opinion, but I will say they work well except that they might be slightly more susceptible to creasing. Other than that, the colour pay off is pretty good and the finish is beautiful as always.

HTH!!

I think it's actually closer to a cross between Sandy B lipstick and Razzledazzler. It's not as opaque or pigmented as Razzledazzler. In my opinion it's closer to the Sandy B type frost lipstick.

I agree. At least that's what I told myself when I handed the SA my credit card, hahaha! I didn't buy as many EDES as I would have liked (and may still buy more if they're around later on), but I love the formula waaaaaaaaaaaay too much for me to skip them completely.

Fun Fun was one of my favorite lippies, so I am getting remorse for skipping Beauty now. The closest dupes unfortunately are also LE, includes the following which may b e eeasier to find, Lazy Day from To the Beach, Love Long Distance from Beth Ditto, Patiesserie from Eurocristocrats and Pervettte is close.

I cannot decide on the paletttes, but the peachy one is tempting me the most. Have I mentioned how much I loved the Carine Rotifeld Desert one and how I still need to go back for the the Jungle one thought?

This is why if I can onnly get one, it will be WoG, because Sweet Heat can dupe Superb, I tried SH on my cheeks and it worked great.

Thank you so much alisabosco!!! I have sweet heat and will try it as a highlighter. Since I don't wear one much I think I can skip Superb and Whisper of Gilt.

Now, what to spend that extra money on??

I pre-ordered with my local counter so I could make sure I got everything that I wanted from the collection. Unfortunately, due to somebody's "snafu," I cannot pick my items up until Saturday because my card won't be charged until that day.

Here's what I ordered:

Whisper of Guilt EDS
Round Midnight EDES
Stolen Moment EDES
5 Neutral Eyes
Primped Out Luxurious Pink lip bag
I'm the One blush

I'm not so sure about the two EDES or the lip bag, and may exchange them for something else. Has anyone seen the products in the lip bag? I know Lickable is a permanent color, but I've never tried it on before.
