Hopping back a collection or two, I caved and bought "Red Hot" blush over the weekend. I'm wearing it for the first time today and... I'm in love. I want to run away with this blush and live happily ever after. I was a little hesitant, given how warm/ brown/ brick it looked when swatched, but somehow, it blends perfectly with my skin and yet still retains the qualities that make it distinctive. It appears a bit cooler on my face, since I have pinkish undertones, but it's still noticeably red. It's just such a gorgeous red and the sheen is incredible... I applied it with a Mac 188 and while it did go on bright, it's easy to blend. Seriously one of my favourite products I've bought this year.

Absolutely. I felt like I was stretching my limits a bit by buying it, but I'm 110% sold. So now I just have to face down the holiday collection, which is going to be a scary haul, I think...It is so pretty isn' t it????

The ballz are calling me once again. Even the Dragon ballz that I returned are still haunting me. And now I'm fascinated by the palettes, especially the green one.The lipsticks are pretty too.

that les fauves quad is calling me more than the chanel one. i dont think im gonna be able to skip it. i think ill beg my bother, down to my knees with the help of some drops on my eyes to buy it for my birthday, thanksgiving, christmas, or the epiphany day!!

Just wondering if any of my fellow Canadians have had any luck finding the holiday collection at Shoppers Drug Mart?
I have been told at two of my local Shoppers that it doesn’t look like they will get any items from the holiday collection. I sure hope this isn’t the case as I have been banking massive Optimum points for this.
I haven’t seen it at the Bay yet either, so I’m hoping it just hasn’t arrived in my city.

I was told today, by 2 big beauty boutique shoppers, that they are NOT getting Guerlain holiday makeup!!! I also have been saving points for this!!
SO bummed out, as many department stores don't ship alot of makeup to canada!!!

Can I use the Meteorites ballz on my face if I have oily skin? I think I want to try them, but I don't want to have my money tied up on a pipe dream product. I'm thinking of trying either Teint Dore 03 or the Pucci ones from Sephora. Whichever doesn't make my skin shiny, but instead magically glowy.

Gorgeous! I may get the meteorites, that would be my second. My first was last Christmas'. Yeh they just launched Mascara G this year.

I have combination skin (oily forehead) and it works fine for me, I don't use a compact powder, just meteorites, but I don't like matte and powdered finish personally.. I assume you could apply them over a layer of your compact powder if necessary.
