There is always hope.I'm surprised too. A lot of people seemed to skip this for Strength's FF. Perhaps they had very little stock?

Anyone who missed out, this is merely speculation as I chose sleep over getting a Grey Friday but I am betting UD Oil Slick is very, very close based on my views of swatches of GF and viewing Oil Slick on my own 2 lips. They had it really cheap on ACW, but no idea how limited the quantities are there. Any place that sells discontinued UD probably has Oil Slick. (it is in the old UD tube that looks like a sword sticking out of the end). It may be slightly sheerer (again, this is pure speculation as I do not have a GF in real life to compare) but based on swatches, this could be a decent dupe for folks that didn't get one. (and probably preferable to evilbay pricing!)

I didn't think a lot of people would be interested in such a daring color, besides die-hard MAC addicts like us Specktra peeps. But being LE and available one day only probably helped selling it. I already saw some on evilbay. I can't find those listings anymore though. Maybe they're sold, or the person took them down.

I had a feeling Grey Friday would sell out due to the LE frenzy, but wow. I had no idea how fast. I hope everyone got their lipstick if they wanted. I'm starting to feel guilty that maybe I should have bought an extra to do a CP for someone, but I don't know how or what exactly a CP is. I apologize to my Specktra family.

I thought Grey Friday would last for a couple of days before selling out. Maybe they did make less quantity because of last year's Black Knight. That lipstick was last year's "Black Friday only" release, and it stuck around for almost a year. I think there's a chance MAC will restock Grey Friday.I'm surprised too.
