No i didn't have my wallet ready when i was talking to her, but then i called back and now they are saying that the Dallas store has changed the policy where they won't do pre-orders on non holiday collections *rolls eyes* i spoke to a guy named Joseph but it was a girl who told me she would......




......im going to try again tonight hahaaha

Are you a regular customer at that location? If so, they certainly do pre-orders and let you swatch new collections in the backroom. I would avoid going on weekends as it is crazy busy though. Good luck! :)

When im in town..but i don't live in Dallas so i can't be regular enough lol.

dang that's what's up though. Ugh i have living on the East Coast ;(

That's strange.... I had no problem doing a pre order there. I called and let them know what I wanted, gave them my information and I was done. I actually called today and added a few items to my order and no one told me I couldn't. I guess it depends on who you talk to. Sorry. :-(

I really hope Taupe Shape blush is epic for contouring NC15 skin without looking orange/dirty/muddy/whatever. If so, I'll be buying 2 or 3.

I thought it was pretty epic and I'm NC15. Strada doesn't work for me at all, but this was a perfect face shadow color. It's definitely greyish, though, so some people might not feel as comfortable with it as they would with something more skin toned. I don't back blushes up, personally, but this one I think will get repromoted as long as contouring stays "in", because it really was excellent.

Poised is also really great either in combo with Taupe Shape, or used as a warmer contour on its own.

Not yet- I just assumed it was all sold out by the time I heard about it, so I didn't go looking. Is it going to be available for a while?

One nice thing about Taupe Shape - it's not shimmery, not totally matte, but very low sheen satin….I thought Notorious has some shimmer?

Notorious does have a bit of shimmer but once applied it assumes more of a sheen. At least that's my experience with it. Could well be because I apply it with a very light hand.

I'm so looking forward to Taupe Shape!

I'm NC25 and I love using Taupe Shape as a blush! I bought it 2 weeks ago and it's great for neutral face and bright lips. I wouldn't be able to contour with it though.

Why not? I'm around NC20/25 and I want it for contouring.. so I'm very curious.

it really does! but it's giving me Runway Red the matte version....if so...i will have to stock up on that!
