Agreed! It sounds... "wrong" but it has lost a bit of that rush, that appeal. I'm hearing Heroine may make a return around April but we'll see if that comes to real life.

Keep in mind CYY may have easy access but not everyone can pull it off.

I doubt alot of people will even bother with it. I personally love it on me but I think that most of the people that went nuts over it was either about the actual color or just because it's LE and they wanted bragging rights.

that's probably true for a lot of places!
considering how quickly the LE lipsticks sell out, I'm surprised I don't see more people around where I live wearing them since I'm in a big city, but I there are surprisingly few!
reds, yes. but the purple, black, hot pink almost never!

Even though I do love Heroine lipstick. I would love for MAC to repromote Go For It lipstick even though I use mine very sparingly and have a back up. I'd love to get another one. I know I sound like a constant broken record, but I wish MAC would make more blue/black/grey/purple based purples for those of us that want/need them.

Heroine is the new obsession, in lipsticks of course.

Strong Woman is just as exciting, anyways. MAC knows what time it is. Look at how many neon bright pinks they rolled out until they just bit the bullet and made CYY perm. I think we can count on more shades like Heroine/Strong Woman/Seductive Intent coming down the pike, until it all shakes out in a final frenzy of permanent purple.

Unfortunately, then it will lose its specialness...

I didn't order anything because they won't put anything on hold unless it's being picked up the same day.

The girl who placed the Instagram photos of the early release deleted the photos too.. Hmm...
