Did you try it? I think you'll like the blush. I hope. I used a mac 187 brush & had to apply a couple times. I like it as a simple healthy wash of color.

I think I'll try Beryl. April really liked it too.

I need to check this out also. Claire is ok but it really doesn't do as much as I thought when I first got it. It's way better that using white and I like it better than the MAC one. This one sounds interesting.

It is quite late or early morning, not sure. My sister and I decided a long time ago if you haven't gone to bed yet then it's still the same day. Anyway if my brain is still consumed with thoughts of the highlighter I am going to get it. I've seen some gorgeous swatches that make me drool. I don't think I've read anyone thinking it is too shimmery and only a night time product. If I've missed something let me know. I want an any time of day highlighter.

I had to return the blush. It pulled a little too red-orange for my liking - especially since my cheeks already have some red in them. It's a really pretty color though. I decided to skip the highlighter. I swatched it on my hand and then went out in the daylight to check it out. It was too shimmery for me to feel comfortable wearing during the day time - I wasn't spending $70 for something I wouldn't wear much.

La Favorite is very pretty on. It's an orangey-coral. I decided to pass on it since I didn't think I would make much use of it.

Good to know about the highlighter....and the blush. Thanks! I wish La Favorite was an RA. I'm finding the RAVs more & more drying. I'm not sure if it's them or me. Probably me since it's winter now. I'm really loving Attirance/Attriance/whatever-it's-called RAEdG though!

All of the pictures and descriptions are lovely. I really need to just push the order button. I was hoping Chanel.com would get this collection early, but I think I will have to order from Nordies (because patience really isn't my thing).

Can you believe I don't even own a Chanel lipliner? This is coming from someone who wears lipliner on a daily basis! They look so creamy, though, I will have to give them a go sometime :)

Does Beryl have shimmer in it? I want something for my waterline, but I wonder if shimmer would irritate my eyes? I just started on a Latisse type product and it is making my eyes kind of sting-y. The things we do for beauty . . .

I love Chanel lipliners! I wore Beige with Precieuse lipstick with Attriance lip gloss yesterday. It was gorgeous.

My guess is that we will have to wait until February or March (I think that's when we got spring 2012 last year) I spoke to a MA a while ago (while awaiting the summer collection) and she explained to me that Canada gets the collections when the UK and France etc. get them because our Chanel cosmetics are made in France whereas the US has their own manufacturing in the US. If you see any exact dates please let me know! :)

I chickened out and only swatched the lipsticks. Well, sort of. My La Favorite arrived damaged. It got smooshed inside of the tube. I'm getting a replacement. Envoutante is not what I would call an exciting purple, but it's a very pretty plum nonetheless. Fracas is a very pretty pink.

The quad and the highlighter are going under the Christmas tree. Technically they're gifts. I did check them and everything looks fine. I agree, the quad does look boring. I admit I don't think I would've rushed to purchase it had I seen it in person first. However, I do think the colors will make a very pretty neutral eye look. The highlighter looks gorgeous in the pan. I never questioned getting it. The highlighter and Envoutante RA were the only two things I was sure about from the beginning. I can't wait to try it on. I may not be able to wait until Christmas.

I'm very happy with my choices. I'll have to get the blush and anything else I may want from this collection after the holidays. Oh, and my GWP is a white patent leather Chanel makeup bag (like the black one) with some samples. My SA threw in a bunch of other samples, so I don't know which ones specifically came with the GWP.
