That link is very dangerous to open. I heard my wallet screaming in pain from the other room. Thats one of the best swatches of the highlighter I've seen. Unless she did some major buffing to get rid of glitter or too much frosty sheen then it looks like a winner. I don't want to put much time into a product just to make it work or look ok on me. Her swatch is looks so lovely I think the highlighter wants to come live me.

The quad swatches looked better also. Its been a long time since I've used Chanel e/s. I agree a lot of the quads do look rather boring and maybe thats why I haven't given them much thought. But you guys have a point about that it isn't about how it looks in the pan but how it all comes together to enhance your eyes and your overall look when you wear it.

I need to plan an entire afternoon to go play in the cosmetics at Nordies. I want to look at the Armani quads also. Kate wasn't sure how those stripes were going to work out. There is also a green YSL quad I want to see in person. It looks so pretty online but could be a bit too shimmery. I don't want to fool with ordering them when I'm so unsure.

I fighting the urge to go back for the highlighter. From the reviews I've read, it seems to be a 'must-have'.

Did it look very gold/yellow irl though? Even Pearl Glow from a couple of years ago was too gold for me, that's the only thing holding me back.....also how does it compare to Lumiere Sculptee de Chanel from Holiday 2011 (color-wise...I know that one is pretty flat looking)?

Wish I hadn't looked at her swatch of the blush. I wasn't interested in it until I saw that. I still think it looks a little too apricot/ orange for my complexion, but it's way pretty in that photo.

At the moment, I'm pretty much convinced on Envoutante and Merveille. Hey, that's hardly anything at all, right? So I can clearly afford to go so much more crazy...

I think that I see enough pink base in it for it to work. At first, I thought it looked a lot like a MAC blush (can't remember the name) that I bought & hated it on me. Mine should be here I think today, so I will let you guys know.

I wore the blush and highlighter today. Both are beautiful. I wore my Nars tinted moisturizer and so with that and the highlighter and the Laura Mercier setting powder if I couldn't get a glow then, something is seriously wrong with me. I use the highlighter down my nose and Notorious on the sides of my nose and so I got that thinner nose I've always wanted. The blush is a very pretty apricot that's not as scary as it may look in the pan. It's really soft and blendable, as with most Chanel blushes. I took another look at the collection today and I decided I'm happy with just the blush and highlighter.

Sorry, my order does not come until tomorrow.

Shontay, I bet it is just lovely on you. I'm sure if you like it, I will too ;)

I love to see the comparison too! I think it looks more pigmented and frosty than LSdC. Pearl Glow doesn't have much colour on me, the colour comes mainly from the fine light gold shimmers. Is Raffinement warmer than Intuition? Did you say you like Raffinement very much? Sorry I have not been keeping up with the thread lately and I try my best. :p I'm thinking if my stash needs a brown quad.

Since L'Eclatante is a yellow based pink and I don't like the formula but it looks gorgeous on the promo pic, I'm happy to pass.

I took pictures of my highlighter before I used it for the first time. You can see how it varies between light pink and yellow gold. https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=5DEE32352A8DFB29!244&authkey=!AGHoFaev5mwu_qE
