Yeah, Fireside looked very different on me too - more of just a warm tone with lots of green highlight - that was wet or dry too.

These shadows all sound amazing! I'm debating on Ice since it's the lightest color of the collec... i would probably only use it as a highlighter under the brow bown. I'm not sure about anything sparkly for that area of the eye on me.
I picked up all of the MES except for Ice and Winter Pursuit - wasn't really feeling those. I also got Stereo Rose and skipped Porcelain Pink, and all of the lipsticks. I was told the PLW liners were going to be perm so I will pick up Black Ice and Rich Experience later.

You're right, I tried it tonight and I don't like it. It doesn't glide on the skin like the other shades, and it's so sheer.. it goes patchy when I try to apply another layer. And it's almost colorless on the waterline.much less and not creamy like the others. I wish it was better, because in theory it's a nice color (in practice, it's tough to get it to show up anywhere).

on the upside, blue-purple is a huge color for 2013 so I bet we'll see a few come out in other formulas, at least.
meanwhile, the navy is gorgeous and looks almost purplish in the waterline.

It's a very greenish/bluish grey and I guess if you have warm coloring around your eyes naturally, it will bring out the green tone even more (I've got green eyes too, maybe that also makes a difference?) I wish it'd looked more plum on me, but the look it had was very beautiful anyways. I'm torn between Fireside and Winter Pursuit - they looked pretty similar on me, so I feel like I shouldn't cave and get both, lol. If Fireside looks so close to WP, I am a bit worried that it might be too warm for me.
But nevertheless I will get it and hope that it works for me (I am very cool toned).

Right now I am creating a short list for this collection. Well short for me. I am skipping the liners and the msfs. I still have several bu's of stereo rose. I will probably skip the blushes since my blush stash grew logarithmically this year.
I want to limit myself to a couple of ls and a couple of shadows. Now I need to decided which ones before it goes "live" on the website to prevent multiple orders and spending too much $$. I also want the shadow brush.
I am trying to be strong and not haul too much. But I love mineralized collections. I am ignoring the lipbalms, pretending they don't exist.
