I was getting nervous about my preorder from the Mac Pro store, bc the MA told me she was going to call me when it launches but she didn't!! But as I was washing my car for the first time in 2 years my dad told me there was a package at the front door!! Totally unexpected!! Wahoo!!!!! Happy christmas eve to me! I can breathe a sigh of relief now, I was contemplating placing another order! Time to get ready for mass now!! Hope everyone else gets their orders situated! Good luck loves!!!

I really hope they restock the blushes, I'm so bummed I missed them!

It's funny because the only things I was even interested in in the first place were the two blushes. I figured I'd try to pick up Pink Pigeon along with the other lipsticks in addition to the blushes, but they all sold out so quickly! I've seen MAC restock things in the past, but they do it so unexpectedly that I don't know if I'll be able to get my hands on them even if they do restock them. Oh well. We'll see!

I just got off the phone with CS because all 4 of my orders shipped except the one that made me nervous - TS blush. So she checks & then double checked assuring me that I did indeed secure it & it was processing but UPS was done for the day so it was not showing. So then she said wait let me check the stock on TS blush & said WE HAVE PLENTY OF THEM IN STOCK

even though last I check it was still showing Sold Out. Hope springs eternal...it may be there for a restock!

I placed a second order for strong woman BU and absolute power about 2 hours ago. Just got a backorder notification on strong women.:thud: Why Oh Why didn't I order the backup with the original order!!!!

Atleast it's a backorder notice, and not a cancellation notice!

My Firm Form has shipped!  :yaay: What makes it spiffy is that the origin point is in Kentucky.  What usually happens for me when I get a Kentucky shipment is that the package gets to the UPS facility in Indianapolis some hours later and then the next day to the Fort Wayne vicinity.  The result?  I get my package in 2 days.  Since it's Christmas, I add two extra days for UPS holiday break.

They'll have them, but not until wednesday. If you're lucky. Some stores are still under the impression that it launches jan 3rd.

I'm not a backer-upper, but if I was I'd probably back up All Woman. It's perfect for a light smokey eye that can be worn anytime! Black Magique is such a nice soft shade for lining the top and bottom lashes without being as harsh as black...I used the white shade overtop of the grey in the centre of my lid because I think it's a bit too light for me as a highlight. I didn't buy either of the blushes, but I pulled out emote, since that's my ideal contour shade!

In case anyone here in the US misses out on Party Parrot when this collection releases in store on the 26th, I ordered Party Parrot l/s last night as a BU and will sell it if anyone is interested. I see that both Absolute Power and Firm Form are still online! I cannot wait to pay for my preorder on Thursday to get AP and SW!

I called them earlier in the week when they first got it, and I was on hold for 10 minutes and gave up.

I'm trying again because I really want Pink Pigeon, but I'm still on hold.

All MAC stores in my area said the same thing - they aren't taking preorders. Guess ill have to make the trek to the store at freakin 7am on the 26th, all for just one lipstick (pink pigeon of course).

Yup. That's it, maaaaannn... My preferences are more towards the reds, and I have plenty of brights on hand. I just ran out of Seasoned Plum (Daphne Guinness) and I thought Strong Woman would not fit the bill.

And on a happy note, I got word that I will have an increase of work hours starting 31 December. So I'm looking forward to the day that I can say

with ease. LOL

The blushes were NEVER in stock?! As annoying as that is, it looks like we can chalk it up to a glitch maybe. I was surprised that some pretty basic-looking blushes would be sold out when I signed on at about midnight east coast time last night. I can't believe she said "plenty of stock"--arrrggh!
