I am getting super nervous.....placed two big orders(including party parrot and pink pigeon) and they are both still "pending".
I ordered within the first 15 minutes of both collections hitting the site....so confused as to why my items haven't shipped yet.
I really hope I receive my orders....*fingers crossed*

Me too. My nerves are shot! I ordered about the same time and mine is still showing pending. I have party parrot and pink pigeon in my first order also. I called a couple of hours ago and they said it is still processing and should ship today. Now unfortunately that's not always the case. When they had that restock of the Taste Temptation i went for another Nocturnal Instincts...had my money for a day and waited until the next day to tell me that it was sold out and it couldn't be fulfilled. i also did not get a refund on that order which is weird. Glad u said that though let me call MAC LOL

From what I understood from CS is that a lot of the orders are processed but are showing pending because UPS stopped pick up early today because of Christmas, therefore it cannot show shipped.

girl I's so mad MAC made CYY perm now I don't even want it anymore so I think I'll be sending it back for violetta...CYY is now a $2 whore in my book lol

An ombre lip with those two would be pretty outrageous!
