To everyone that's worried about not getting their shipment confirmation yet, I wouldn't worry too much. I placed my order last night & called CS this afternoon to make sure that my order went through without any problems & the rep that I spoke with said that they were working as fast as they could to get everyone's orders out ASAP. She told me that my order had indeed been filled & provided a tracking number. She also said it takes a while for tracking info to show up on ups.com & couldn't give a delivery ETA due to the carriers holiday schedule. Btw, I just got my shipping confirmation just a few minutes ago LOL

To all who are still waiting for their shipping confirmation, I'm in the same boat! Guessing everything is fine, but of course I'm going to be a little on edge until I know everything has shipped. Got my order in at least a few hours before anything I ordered went OOS, so I'm sure I'm okay. Sure would like a tracking number so I know when to expect my package though!!!

Just remember that MAC releases like 40 collections a year (haha) there will always be more favorites to find and fall in love with (when funds permit!) i never get back-ups, but it's also very rare for me to finish colour cosmetics...they generally spoil first if anything, or i get bored of them...

For some strange reason my phone won't let me quote anything right now but this response is to HoneyMilk: you're so right! I think I already have a few too many backups as it is but I always think I need more (it's the addict in me lol). I think I should just stick with what I ordered & be happy with that. Now it's time to start obsessing over the upcoming collections like Archie's Girls (I've already signed up my sister & I for the Archie's Girls event in Feb.)

Like I said a minute ago, my phone is acting weird & not letting me quote but this response is for aradhana: to be completely honest, I haven't touched my backups yet. I know- shame on me but I'm very OCD so when I find something I like, I tend to go overboard. I have quite a few BU that Idk if I'll ever get to but I can't seem to part with them. It's silly, I know & I'm not trying to be greedy by hoarding them..

i don't think people should feel pressured to back up things just because they're LE before they've even tried them irl, unfortunately the way these collection releases go, that's what a large number of people have resorted to.
it seems like a lot of people eventually realize which of their backups they need to hang on to, and which they can safely let go of, at which point the clearance bin comes in handy for sales and swaps!
