I was surprised of how AP turned on her. We both are NC25 but I have slightly cooler undertones and she is warmer. AP is very bright on me. I lovesss it.

Maybe it is my monitor?

Temptalia said that heroine was more pink/magenta compared to strong woman. I dont think Heroine looks like that at all. I guess thats why everything she says i take with a grain of salt

I would say it might be your monitor because AP is so bright on her more than charmed I'm sure

On her it's definitely more pink compared to SW.

Yes, it was the Mac's monitor. I am on my PC now and it looks brighter now haha.

On my monitor it look like an orangey red, but she says it's a pinky red with blue undertones. lol

SO happy I was able to make it to a MAC store today. I got there around 7:30pm expecting everything I wanted to be gone but they had plenty of everything! Was able to get Pink Pigeon & Party Parrot with backups of both, & Taupe Shape blush - cant wait to try it as a contour! Good luck to the rest of you.

Lmao Dusty...LOVE him! (his comment on Temptalia) I’m titling this piece: “The Accidental Manifesto” by Dustin Hunter LOL! Ooh! I was interested in this one! And yes… I missed it. Sold out too quickly. I think I might just have my new year’s resolution: stop bothering to look at MAC LE collections at all! LOL! Great job – as usual – on the review though! I feel like I really NEED to say that before I say the next thing because I know how hard you work and I don’t want to sound like I’m dismissing it… As a consumer – I feel like MAC has NOT ONLY been dumping on me for the last year or so… but at this point it’s like they’re actually LAUGHING at me as they take a crap on my WILLING head! As a blogger – MAC LOVES to show me just how little they think my time is worth. At first it was sort of laughable, then it was kind of frustrating, then it turned astonishingly rude. It’s not even disrespectful anymore. It’s actually – quite simply – just wrong. They make some kick-ass permanent products… I think I need a bigger break from them than I’ve been taking though. Obviously I feel a Jerry Maguire moment coming on… LOL

I really wonder why MAC describes it as "Muted Pinkish Brown"....it is not pink at all IMO

It was the same with the "Pure Sculpture" Sculpting Cream which was descibed as "Neutral pink beige" and turned out to be
very orange.At least on me...
