I thought you can still label it as SPF15 if it has that much - does it also have to be full spectrum now? I wear moisturizer with SPF, so it doesn't really matter that much to me, but every little bit helps.

Yup. It has to be 15 and be both UVA and UVA. That's why the mineralize cream had the label removed, as well as prolongwear. They both still have SPF 15 and 10 respectively, but as they're not broadspectrum (and PLW is only 10) they're no longer labeled.

As long as they bring back all matte lipsticks, I'll be happy!!! I'm getting rid of all my lustres! It used to be the only formula I'll wear. Now it's the only one i won't!

It's not. Remember when all locations were sold out of it for eternity? It's cuz they were repacking it, removing the SPF labeling in correspondence with the new FDA regulations regarding SPF in cosmetics.

Must be something new for this year. I use the cream Mineralize SPF15 and I loooooooove it for my dry skin. It's my every day foundation. Nice that this one is UVA and UVB - I don't think the cream one is.

I don't pay a lot of attention to finishes - i'm more interested in the color and how the lipstick looks on me, although i confess that if it's a blue-violet, i don't care, i gotta have it. I would have said my least favorites were Mattes and Amplified and that i don't mind Lustres and Glazes. Then i tallied my MAC lipstick finishes...

I'm also more about the color instead of the finish itself, really. I adore cremesheens, yet I only have 3 of them. It's either because there hasn't been a lot released recently or the colors didn't appeal to me. (And if we're counting Kissables, I have 4 of those. I tend to think of them as glosses though.)

If I like a color I get it no matter which finish it has since all finishes are fine for me/my lips.
Only frosts tend to be a bit drying sometimes.

However, I still have my favorite finishes.And I am always happy if a color that I love has one of these finishes!

Well here's to the cream one sticking around for a while, I hope - 'love that stuff. I'd be really surprised if the liquid version had the same finish and feel as the cream, but I'll definitely be checking it out when it launches.

It will stick around at least a year or two.

Yep, that's the one. I've been doing a full face of foundation more lately than this time last year. It's time for a new compact, as a matter of fact.

I counted all my MAC lippies just now. Here are my stats: Lustre 24 Cremesheen 8 Glaze 5 Sheen Supreme 5 Satin 4 Amplified 3 Frost 1 I don't like Frosts, mattes or mattenes as you can tell. Also there are a lot of these I wouldn't rebuy. My tastes have changed.

Maybe when i get 50 i will go on a no buy? ha what a joke!
IM GOING TO TRY lol. i want 4-6 from Archies and 2 mineral lipsticks whenever they come out.
