MAC palette problem ++

Oh my, I just used the pluses like I'm on MUA. ANYHOO. I just ordered 6 blush pans and the insert for the new blush palette....................... Which you can't get. I thought I could get it on the 1-800 number. Nope. I thought I could call freestanding stores and get it. Nope. "We've been waiting on those since Thanksgiving." I'm trying to buy one of the old ones (matches my other 4 anyway), but the person I've been chatting with is so slow. They are going for like $50 on eBay. What should I do? What would you do? I have them in the insert, inside the insert's box right now.

UGH! MAC, I just can't quit you...

I would try first to call your nearest MAC PRO and see if they have them. If not, I would see if you could swap for an old one. Or, get a Z-palette.

The Pro stores tell me they have been waiting for them since November!

I ordered one right before Christmas and have yet to receive anything after 2 phone calls to MAC. I'm about to call and say just refund me my $$$!!!! Ridiculous!

As a former MAC Artist and rabidly loyal customer, can I just honestly come out and say MAC really screwed the pooch on this one???
