MAC Fashion Sets 2013 Collection (April 2013)

I'm so excited the lipsticks are all matte! I'm definitely getting Heroine, and Embrace Me. Does anyone know about Silly? I don't think it was a previous lipstick (or not one that I remember, anyway) Most likely I will be picking that up as well given my weakness for bold lipsticks!

My list:

Heroine lipstick and liner
Embrace Me lipstick x2 and liner
Silly lipstick and liner (maybe)

I'm not much of a gloss girl but I may have to give in and get the matching glosses for those three as well.

April is going to be a tough month for us!

Don't you guys wish that they made lip liners for all of last years fashion sets!? I'd have probably bought all of them!! I think the same goes for the eyeshadows too!!

I think it is a neat idea to include other products. However, the smaller sets are more likely to sell.

Maybe we see more liners, e/s, and blushes next year.

Silly - Bright pink (Matte) (Depends on comparison to other pink lippies.)
Embrace Me - Bright fuchsia (Matte) (Depends on comparison to other pink lippies.)

Heroine - Bright purple (x4 or something need. purple. lipliner.)
Ablaze - Bright apricot
Silly - Bright pink (Amount depends on how it compares to EM. It might works better for some of my bright pinks than EM and than I need BU's cause lipliner is essential with bright lippies!)
Embrace Me - Vivid pinkish purple (Already have 4 so I'm not sure if I need more, but I use it with almost all my bright pinks and that's a lot. Also depends on the comparison to Silly l/l.)

Ablaze - Midtone coral (Matte)
Silly - Bright pink (Frost)

Yeah I totally follow!! I was just thinking about all of the shades of last year and realised I would have loved almost all of them in lip pencil form!! Thanks so much for the colorstory by the way!! I've noticed your kind of a legend around here!!

Cobalt sounds pretty....as long as it applies and blends easily....nothing chalky.

My calculations for April will leave me broke but if Heroine lipglass is anything like how sheer Rebel's lipglass is, my wallet will be thrilled.

Rebel is sheer for you? I get great coverage. I like Rebel lipgloss better than the lipstick color and coverage wise. Rebel lipstick shows up so weird on me, I always have to wear it with Nightmoth or Currant.

I am one of the only people who did not love Heroine. When I tried it on with Nightmoth, it looked just like Violetta with Nightmoth so I left it alone. The fact that its going to be a lipglass is great! I believe the formulation will work better for me.
