MAC x Archie's Girls (Betty & Veronica) Collection Discussion (February 2013)

I just put on Modern Mandarin with a 187 brush (very lighthanded) and used Whisper of Gilt as a highlighter. I got the feeling the Betty Pearlmatte on my skin (NC 30) will look not so different. Torn between still getting the betty PM or switch to the Veronica PM which doesn't look like anything I have. Decisions, decisions!

Like they all know that we're refreshing the website every 30 seconds waiting for it to launch!

Still undecided about what to get online. Pre-ordered Betty Bright, Kiss & Don't Tell and Cream Soda from Nordies. Not sure if I should actually place an online order too or just check out the goods next week in store.

I wish some of my professors were that understanding. I'm in undergrad and most of my professors don't even allow electronics.

I honestly think they just pull stories out their ass LOL I called in to order the Snake collection and she was telling me a long story on how it was an error and it won't be up until tomorrow bla bla bla. I let her finished and then proceeded to tell her it was up and to look at my cart since I had already added the stuff. She was in shock lol

Hi, all!

First time poster, longtime lurker! This is the first MAC collection that I've literally slept on top of my laptop waiting for, lol. I'm a hardcore Archie nerd (my name is actually in a Jughead Double Digest from the early 90s for winning an Archie art contest, lol)!

Thankfully, I really love most of these products, so I wouldn't be spending so much on just packaging… who am I kidding, I'd be buying it regardless!

Anyway, decided to post because I've been keeping up with you late-nighters, and I was reading how many of you have been contacting MAC and pulling as much info as possible as to when this would release. I kinda felt like a weasel, leeching off of all of this info, so I wanted to at least introduce myself so I can properly thank you all for keeping me (and others) updated - and very much entertained! :)

I'll be refreshing with the rest of you, and while I doubt I'll be the first one to see the collection online, I'll make sure to post when I do see it, just in case. :)

Hmmm...I disagree. I have quite a few BP's that I use all over (especially Forever Marilyn) It's always been my impression (from both online and MUA) that the BP's could be used all over. Oh well...Maybe I'm just not as strict in my makeup rules!

Awws. Even if my boyfriend rolls his eyes at my growing makeup collection, he still is the worst enabler and says just get both or get them all.
