I hope this hasn't been posted earlier...

For the opening of the new CHANEL fashion boutique in Hysan Place in Hong Kong, Peter Philips has created three exclusive products: an eye shadow palette 'Ombres Matelassées' and two nail polishes.

Nail Polish
Eastern Light (white)
Western Light (deep chocolate with a heart of pearly red)

5 Ombres palette - Pearl River

Yes, I am in the US....and I know Nordstrom ships for free but didn't t know they do that even if you call and order from a store....will call up and order soon as I can - probably Monday....Thank you! :D :D :D

I was at Hysan Place last October! Is the formula of Pearl River the same as the 5 colour eyeshadow palette we got 2 years ago? I like the colours in Pearl River, but I don't reach for the eyeshadow palette in that formula often. I think there is a chance this collection might come to my country, since we are in Asia and geographically close. Hope I get to see it in person!

It looks the same, doesn't it? I am hoping she (the blogger linked earlier) posts a review on it so I can decide!

For my fellow Canadians, my SA called yesterday to say that they received Hong Kong collection at the Bay (!), it comes with the eyeshadow quint in Pearl River and two nail polishes. They are not selling the collection as of now, but they plan to so so in a week.

Excellent news! I will be stalking my Bay counters regularly. I know that a couple of them are having events around the end of next week in-store, so maybe that might be when the collection will arrive?

Yes, next week is GWP event - Chanel is giving large white patent makeup bag with several trial size products (I forgot which ones) if you spend $200. They said that Hong Kong items can be included so I am assuming they are going to sell them next week. This is not the first time the Bay gets exclusives - last summer they had the Asian collection (the one Nordstrom usually has for their summer events).

the texture looks as same as previous 5 shades palette and smoother application, velvety etc... not but bad but hope it had more darker shades in it.

I would really like to get the eyshadow palette, but I don't want to have to jump through hoops to get it. I hope that it shows up on Chanel's website.
