I ordered as soon as the stuff went up and I'm still pending too. and it's two things that aren't sold out.no shipping notice yet. I ordered around 5:30 yesterday and its still pending. I better get my Betty Bright!

I was seriously sold on Flatter Me when I thought the base was Shell Pearl and the hearts were Foolish Me
then Erine mentioned that description was incorrect
, then I saw Karen's swatch and it looked really matte and kinda chalky
. I wish she would have swatched the base and blush separately and then swirled together.

Right! I'd rather get a notice for re-delivery than for you to leave my stuff at the door. Back in VA I was off from work, home allllll day waiting on a package that I could see was out for delivery....do you know it never came and the tracking said something like "attempted delivery" or some BS like that. They never came to my house! I was so, so mad.....wasted an entire day.

Damn right, people are not always trustworthy. I'm so sorry that you lost your stuff, are you able to put in a claim with the shipping company?i hate when they leave the package in front door. i just lost a package last week worth over $350, they were mac brushes and lipglosses.i have no idea where it went. you got to be careful when you are expecting your packages...

I'd say it is impossible to swatch them and capture the glow in a photograph. A heavy swatch is not how the product will look blended and buffed into the skin. A light swatch will not be noticeable in a photograph. Therefore, similar to last year, my guess is that there will not be a lot of swatches of the p/m.
They have a barely-there pigmentation, which turns a lot of people off. Personally, however, I like the glow I get on my fair skin with the p/m.
And yes, they last for a very long time. The texture is very hard and not powdery at all. So even if you use it daily, it might last you a few years. HTH
i opened a case with usps and nothing yet..

Wow that's crazy I think the same thing happened to me a while back and didn't get my package till the next day smh. I hate when they leave it at my door that drives me crazy because anyone can come and take it if left for too long . Thank god I know 2 of the ups guys that come to my building. This is why I try to be home when ups comes or someone else be home.

I'm still confused about Pearlmattes. I'm waiting to try them in store, but I honestly think I've already resolved myself to pass on them. I'm not sure if they'll do anything for me. I'm also getting the new NARS loose powder, so don't see the point in having them other than the packaging.

How do you use pearl mattes? As a highlight or all over th face? I love Betty one, but not sure it will look good on my pale skin.
