I usually use them over another shadow or a base like mufe aqua creams or P/Ps. The key for me is to pat them on. I use mixing medium our just plain water with them. I usually use a neutral matte shadow to blend the edges out. That's how I use themQuote: I'm so bad at using pigments, I need someone to teach me or something! So sorry this happened aradhana---what's so odd is that I order w/my VISA debit card at MAC online all the time--I've never had a problem and don't understand why it would be treated differently! Hopefully you can order via a free-standing MAC store or department store counter. You're right---bummer!
