My mirror came in and it also looks like it has a smudge on it, it's so pretty though, I love it I really wish I could of got Cinderella though. And it's heavier than I thought

ya I agree, mine was smudged as well! I took it out and tried my best to wipe it off but I can still tell a lol bit. kinda disappointed I expect it to be perfect for that Money!!
The quad is amazing I love all the colors and the packaging I'm so glad I got it
now I just have to stay away from the np set. no unique colors but I love them all lol

Wow, when did the Jasmine mirror come out? I work at Sephora. I have been off for about five days. It's amazing how much can change during the time that I am off from work! If so many of you are having a problems with the smudges, there is obviously something going on with their batches. When I go to work on Sunday, I'll check it out to see what is going on with that. I'll let you guys know the scoop.

How is it that I'm a VIB and never get these BI-exclusive emails?! And it's not like Sephora doesn't ever email me. They do. All the time! Just not about things I want. u_u; Jasmine's mirror looks nice, but to me it's not as lovely as the Cinderella one. The palette looks pretty awesome, though I've seen vids with varying opinions as to the shadow quality. The quad (at least judging by Allurabeauty's vid) is nothing to write home about imo EXCEPT for the blue shade. Ugh, if that were a single I'd snatch it up. Just checked eBay, the Cinderella mirror is going for $80+. Le sigh. ♬ Someday... ♬

mom keeping my mirror in the package but even the plastic cover is scratched so I would love to exchange it if they get a new bat h. let us kno what u find out! TIA

2 restocks on the mirror already? I wonder if they learned their lesson after what happened with the Cindy mirror. Glad you were able to get one!they restocked the mirror! I just got mine.

I like both quads from the princess collections because they have the best packaging lol
the purple is so pretty it went on really well without a primer. I couldnt pass it up... dis u pick up anything from the jasmine collection? the mirror I think u said ? sorry I can't keep track of everything I read on here lol

It is a good thing that a lot of you got your mirrors when you did. They don't actually get that many of them. They sell out so fast. I will make sure to let you guys know about the mirrors with the smudges when I go to work tomorrow. If there is anything else that you guys want me to ask about when I go to work tomorrow, please let me know and I will be happy to do that for you.

Hi, everyone! Well, when I went to work today I did ask about the issues with the Jasmine compact mirror having smudges and also the issues some VIBs not getting all of the relevant emails. I hate to disappoint you, but I really never got a straight answer as to why some of you are having issues with not getting all of your BI emails, other than recommending that you call the 1-800 number on the back of your Beauty Insider card and speak to customer service, so they can look into your account and see what is going on.I never got an email either I found out from a fellow Specktra member

As far as the Jasmine collection is concerned, the only thing we have right now is the fragrance. Hopefully we will get some (or all) of the collection in tomorrow night. We will just have to keep our fingers crossed on this one, right? Monday night is the night we always receive our shipments. So if we have some of the new collection, it will be on the shelves by Tuesday morning. I would recommend calling your local Sephora and see if they have anything on the shelves yet. If I happen to see anything interesting coming in tomorrow night before I leave work, I will make sure to let you guys know when I get home!
