I've noticed a lot of foundations coming out that supposedly change to suit your undertone, but I missed the color-changing lipsticks and blushes. How interesting. Guess they didn't really get much of a following...There was a recent burst of color changing make up over the past, i dunno, 6 years? maybe a bit more...
smashbox had O-Gloss & O-Gloss Noir, i've seen lipsticks by other cosmetics companies, and stila Custom Color Blush. These are supposed to change to suit your skin tones, but they really change based on the pH of one's skin. I guess i don't like my own pH 'cuz i've never like what color they'd change into. There were a lot of them back in... the late 70s, i think. I remember relatively cheap packs for kids.
I agree! I've never tried Starflash's, but I've heard great things about them. That would be cool to repromote them.I wouldn`t mind them being shadows as long as they give us great formula, like starflash. it`s about time they repromote those

I love Starflash too! Smoke and Diamonds is eyeshadow perfectionI keep waiting for that. I have tried to collect every Starflash I can get my hands on b/c its my fave. I even prefer Starflash to the MegaMetals or the EDES.![]()
I like them because they are buttery and most of them have great colour payoff. They are very blendable, but they don't disappear when blended like some shadows tend to. I also like how the shimmer doesn't overpower the base colour. I dunno, I just love everything about them! What do you ladies find special about Starflash shadows? I have 2 of them (Talent Pool, Go) and have only worn them like twice. I forget I have them. I need to stop buying so I can stop neglecting stuff I have.
They have great buttery texture and blend well while maintaining the pigmentation and the fall out isn't too bad compared to, say, an MES. They are just so easy to work with, similar to UD or Veluxe pearl finish. Some have duochrome. They strike a good balance between satiny finish with moderate shine and not glittery or too frosty but at the same time, not chalky. I really wish they would come out with Starflash in every primary color and some good, basic neutrals. What do you ladies find special about Starflash shadows? This!I have five I believe the bright pink is one of my faves.... If mac bought star flash back I would buy then all no questions asked!!
Starflash eyeshadows are amazing!!! I have 15 of them so far and my favorite will always be Style Snob!
I think this was the best finish MAC released before the Mega Metals came out. They are seriously top 3 MAC shadow formulas (with Mega Metal and Extra Dimension) with their smooth and minimum fallout formula. What do you ladies find special about Starflash shadows?
