MAC Fashion Sets 2013 Collection (April 2013)

Thanks for the heads up, Syd! I displayed some self-control and only got 2 lipsticks and 2 liners (one each of Heroine and Embrace Me) and 1 lipglass (Ablaze). I have other glosses close enough in color to Heroine and Embrace Me, so I passed on those. As far as Ablaze goes, I generally speaking don't like orange on myself, but this color might be workable. So I'll start with the l/g, and if I decide I love it and wouldn't mind a bigger punch of pigmentation, maybe I'll head to the store the morning it releases to get the l/s.

Oh...and I knew I'd cave and get Embrace Me. I'm allowed to break my bright pink no-buy just once this year, right?

You are very welcome. I just happened to be reading something and saw a lipstick that I wanted to add to my favorites and I saw the fashion set lipsticks listed. ))

I had a bit of skippers remorse from Archie and I really wanted DLG and then I saw how close it was to Embrace me and I knew I needed it. I also think ablaze will be too bold if I wear it straight on, but it will be nice if I pat it on and wear it with a dazzleglass over it. I just knew I'd regret not getting all those lippies. I had to restrain myself from the lipglass page. lol

That's exactly how I felt about Ablaze. So far the l/g looks wonderful on and I love it. I tried the l/s & l/g on together in store and it was like POW in your face color. But so far the l/g is very wearable and no one at the office has looked at me funny so the l/s may be in my future as well

It should be once it releases. At the Dallas Store they were having issues using the discount when they put it out but she said it may of been bc they released earlier than others

Your haul video nearly made me break the bank!!!! I had no interest in those lipglasses until you put them on. Ugh, they look amazing. I had to walk away. I already had a few other things in my cart.
