MAC Fashion Sets 2013 Collection (April 2013)

That's exactly how I felt about Ablaze. So far the l/g looks wonderful on and I love it. I tried the l/s & l/g on together in store and it was like POW in your face color. But so far the l/g is very wearable and no one at the office has looked at me funny so the l/s may be in my future as well

Yeah, I think the lipglass looks like it'll be gorgeous. Happy to hear you're loving it! I usually love an "in your face" color on my lips, but the orange is making me hesitate, lol. Do let me know if you end up getting the lipstick too!!

It's online. You have to go to each individual section and select it that way. Go to lipsticks and scroll through the names from there. Same for the glosses, liners, etc... Hope that helps

I was actually okay with skipping DLG for some reason. Not sure why I passed on that but felt a need to get Embrace Me, lol. And hey, you passed on the lipglasses, so it's okay that you indulged a little bit elsewhere in the collection!

I was all jacked up with that collection. I ordered Girl next door and I HATED it. I sent that Beeotch right back. It was chalky and hardly had any color and it smelled like cheap dime store lipstick instead of the usual Mac vanilla. Anyway, once I saw swatches I wanted Betty Bright SOOOO I searched for that one, and then wished I had gotten Daddy's little Girl as well. The only thing is, I don't really care for the Archie packaging, I'd rather have a simple black tube... so I guess it worked out with DLG. I got a close enough color is a black tube, with a matching l/l too!!

Now I just have to sit and wait a week for it to arrive. That's always the hardest part.

Are you logged in to your Pro account? It's only available for Pro members. I know the Pro site is open to all members now, but unless your actually one with an account (discount program) you won't see it.

GND was never even on my radar, lol. I think EM will end up being an even better color than DLG, plus it was cheaper since it didn't have the special packaging (that you didn't like anyway) so I think things worked out for you in the end! Though I agree that the waiting is the hardest part. I'm guessing mine will be here on Monday. It's a good thing I'm so busy the rest of the week or I would really go crazy waiting!

I think I "should" skip Embrace me l/s.
I already have too many hot pink lipsticks including CYY, Pink pigeon, Show Orchid, NARS Schiap and you name it. SELF-CONTROL!!!

That's my dilemma too!

I missed out on Heroine the first go round so it was on my list (w/Ablaze lipstick) regardless but the swatches posted over the last day or so swayed me to get Embrace Me and Silly lipsticks. I also got Heroine liner. I was upset that the shadows were still showing as "coming soon" since I wanted to pay shipping only once for this collection. Maybe I'll pick those up in store later. But I figured if I waited, my lippies might disappear. Thanks to all the lovely enablers on here...

I was one of them lol. It's just in the swatches I've seen it looks like it. But I'm going to take your word for it and get Silly. I love my light pinks, and I don't have any light pinks in the matte formula. So I'm excited!

That's what tipped me over the edge from maybe to Get It!
