Ok, I have to bring this up.... get it off my chest. Those fake ass lee press on nails are driving me bananas. It's really bad in the the Heroine image and I can't stop looking at it. Also, the scissoring with the fingers is kind of weird. OK... rant over.

agreed. i am still getting sucked into MAC's wicked game. i stayed up until 2:30. maybe if the hype dies down in a week, i'll grab one on ebay as MAC won't sell me one, no one on Makeup alley will swap or OA/CP for one, and I don't have enough posts yet to get into the clearance bin here. so whatevs. i'll def try the instores...unless MAC decides to pull a BS move like pulling the collex from non-MAC stores the day before. also, if you're on here talking about the 6 lippies you bought; well then you suck. plain and simple. i can see a backup or even 2-4 especially if you're a makeup artist. but makeup goes bad. even if you wear a color everyday; i don't see how you can use up that much before it turns bad. rant over. responsible, polite purchasers: enjoy your haul! xo.

I've been trying to purchase Heroine since Reel Sexy. I had to get multiples for gifts. I agree with you about the shelf life of those things, not only is it a very expensive habit to have, it goes bad. Im not a big collection stalker/purchaser to begin with. I think this will be the only collection this year that I go out of my way to get to.

Can you imagine what there natural nail looks like underneath? Like they were going to rip those off and just slap the nail polish on their "natural" nail. It would look like a jagged uneven mess! Plus. It's a promo pic. Everything has to be "perfect"

Yea I've been calling them like crazy making sure they're not releasing it early! I put heroine lippie and liner on hold at my mac counter the other day. called today to make sure it was still on hold ( i REALLY want it). I even tried to put it on hold at my pro store but they wouldn't let me I just need to make sure i get it. I have strong woman and love it so much. Heroine would be a wonderful addition to my purple lippie collection.

By the time I got the Pro email, the collection was already live for everyone and Heroine was already sold out. lol So much for giving us a heads up when it actually launched. It was up 2 days ago for Pro and my stuff was mailed yesterday.... and they are just now sending out the email!?! Boo.

Dang my need to get sleep! I missed the launch, but luckily I woke up early enough to order Heroine l/g, Albaze l/g, and Albaze l/l. Since I'm more of a gloss girl anyway I can survive if I don't get Heroine l/s, but I'm sure going to try. Lol.

When do the department stores usually launch MAC's new collections? Closer to the release date? Or is it just at random because that's what MAC likes?
