The color itself. In the tube, it's pretty to look at... Applied on my lips not so much. Too bright, I swear I look like a clown. I feel silly wearing it!! I tried blotting it down but it's still really intense on me. & I'm not even going to get started on the texture; really patchy.. Just eww, I'm already trying to get rid of it and I just opened my package today.

nope! it doesnt look right on me like it does on others.. I should've not bought it! ahh oh well, lesson learned. You have the lip pencil as well right?

so...sometimes you go throug your lipstick to try them all on to remnd yourself of how pretty they are and you discover that you actually already own Heroine. so you out it in and add funtabolous dazzleglass in the middle and woah dang! now i remember why i bought it when it initially released!

Im a newbie to spectra and I just thought I would chime in if that's okay! It's nice to see other women who are just as makeup obsessed as me! I've been reading the posts & I must say that luckily I had a Chance to get all 4 lippies w/Heroine being a BU bc I had one from a previous collection. I also purchased ablaze l/l & heroine l/l & both ablaze & heroine e/s. I have embrace me l/l from a previous collection & I started not to get Embrace me l/s but I'm glad I did! It's the one that surprised me the most & I love the color!
Here I'm wearing Embrace me l/s w a tiny bit of Mac florabundance on top

So today I went to my local MAC counter and tried out the silly lipstick for kicks and it actually works on me. Me, who usually looks terrible in pinks! O_O Maybe it's because I sheered it out?
More importantly, it was in the permanent slot, and I was told that the Fashion Sets were going to be permanent. I remain skeptical, but it'd be great if they were permanent.
