Actually it does help. It sounds like you use Superb as warm and Def Def for cooler colors. I was wearing a cool pink blush the other day and I grabbed WOG, but it seemed counterintuitive and I was thinking gold and pink don't mix. Sounds like I could use a cooler highlight since I've got some cooler blushes. Is STF cool as well?
Superb is straight up neutral on me, but yes, DefDef is cool. The lighter shade in STF is cool, but the darker shade is a little neutral, as it's a a greyed-pink. But overall I'd wear it cool. WOG is definitely warm!
Wait, what, OCC makes e/s now???  .....Runs off to google it.
They have pure loose pigments and regulare loose pigments! And glitter!

Sounds like I need at least one more then to cover my cools. Now, DefDef or STF? Which one will be my lovely?

Thanks for your help.

I really wish mac had not made the skin finishes duo's . I really like all the parts that are not shimmery and if they would have not i would have bought backups. I cannot justify a backup of half a skin finish. Maybe they will end up in a cco and maybe then i will buy my backups.

Me neither. I would have definitely bought a backup too.

I finally managed to play with a few of the EDES last night. I ended up using Painterly as a base, Zesftul in the inner third, Triple Impact on middle third, and Grand Galaxy (from the first Extra Dimension release) on the outer third. My husband really liked it and even suggested what colour to use for the lower lashline, and I ended up using Industrial pearlglide.

I cannot get over how pretty Zestful is, I just want to wear it on its own (maybe over UD's Freak 24/7 eye pencil!) with small-ish winged out black liner. Then to look really crazy I'd do bright pink lips (I tried my eye combo with Silly lip pencil and lipstick and loved it all together). I'm sure other people are cringing at my makeup choices here... LOL

I like brights with brights. Why restrain? ALthough I think a nude or light pink lip would work too. I would like to try Zestful over a teal product such as Siahi fluidline, Rollickin PP, or Undercurrent pearl glide. I don't have UD Freak, but your idea is inspirational! AND, I think it would look great paired with Betty Bright, Pleasureseeker or Playing Koi lippies...

I wore VG Nicki 1 the other day with Inglot 478 (light sky blue) on the lid, Dandizette on the crease and Early Bird above Dandizette, kinda fading towards the browbone. Dandizette along the outer 1/2 of the lower lashline with a bit of UD Deviant liner over it. Plus the obligatory thin line of black liner along the upper lashline and some highlighter near the tearduct.I didn't notice anyone crossing the road upon seeing me walking towards them on the pavement so I'm guessing it wasn't that bad

I'm hoping the EDSF make it to the CCO. However, if I don't see the holiday ones at my CCO this weekend I may cave and try at least one.

This may have been answered but I don't wanna search thru all the posts.....Is anyone using the 128 with their EDB or EDSF? If so, how? And is it working for you? Thanks :)

Well, today i used the synthetic (light) side to pick up and apply At Dusk blush and the natural (dark) side to buff it out.

Chanel Notorious to contour, and Definitely Defined to highlight.

I am, and I love it! I have been wanting something on the small side for precise plush application and this works perfectly.

Did anyone purchase the brushes that came along with this collection? I love my blush (flaming chic) but everyone brush I own does not pick up the color to well. Any suggestions?
I had the hourglass #2 brush in my collection. After noticing the work you needed with these blushes, I didn't even gravitate toward any of my mac brushes for my blushes. The hourglass brush works like a dream...by no means am I suggesting you go and purchase it just for these blushes, but it is a top quality brush IMO and you will not be disappointed:)

I just used Fiery Impact for the first time today. Used my Real Techniques Multi-Task brush and had not problems picking up color.
