How comparable is heroine lip liner to magenta lip liner? I can't decide if I should get heroine liner since I already have magenta...

I believe Heroine is more of a true purple, whereas magenta has more fuchsia undertones

Some folks have said on the lips there's not really a difference. Something to think about... It stinks b/c you'd never truly know until you tried them both on your own lips. I OD'd on Heroine l/p and now I regret it.

Yesterday wore Ablaze l/s, l/l, l/g. I think this will be a major summer color for me. Orange is so fresh. For instance I'm wearing red right now and it seems like too much in this Spring weather. Heroine also seems a bit deep for day wear. Corals and oranges seem just right for daytime.

I actually see the difference of them two on my lips. Heroine is a true purple where as Magenta looks a little more brighter and you can see the pinkish tones, well on me you do lol.

Isn't it crazy you don't remember if you ordered a lip pencil from Nordstrom last night?

. LOL I didn't print out the order confirmation page because they always send us a confirmation e-mail anyway. Then, I got confused as I din't find any e-mail from Nordstrom this morning. Did I order or not?

Well, I found out that I actually had ordered Silly lip pencil last night. There was a charge on my credit card for Nordstrom. Whew! No more online shopping when I'm really sleepy.

Nordstrom scared me a little. I still haven't heard anything from them about the order.

My haul so far:

• Ablaze lipstick, lip gloss, and lip pencil
• Embrace Me lipstick, lip gloss, and lip pencil
• Silly lipstick and lip pencil

Ablaze l/g is the last item I'm waiting for to complete my haul. I ordered one from Nordies about 3 weeks ago, and it was supposed to ship out on 4/19, but then I got another backorder notice. I'm afraid they'd just tell me the item is no longer available, so I just cancelled the order and bought one from a wonderful Specktrette instead. My final haul... all 4 lipsticks, glosses, and pencils... and I'm done!

Inspired by a suggestion I read on this thread, I topped my ablaze l/s with my Guerlain Emilio Pucci blue lip gloss. It cooled down the orange a bit for me and made it more of the coral shade I wanted!

finally wore embrace me l/s and got quite a few compliments from random people...so glad I got it! I originally wasn't going to but I guess I was fortunate that my MAC order was cancelled and whilst waiting for Nordies you guys and your posts and pics made me need to get EM! Can't wait for my exams to be over so that I can use the rest of my fashion sets stuff...i've been cooped up for over a month studying..but this collection really is gorgeous
