I have Flamingo and Cut a Caper so I need Razzledazzler...how many of these colors do I really need...do not answer that
lmao I'm not that into razzledazzler even though it is nice color. I like cut a caper better, but I really been wanting to get my hands on flamingo.

If Flamingo looks like Too Faced Juicy Melons, then that makes me want it even more. I have Juicy Melons and it's one of my most loved lipsticks.
I wish I loved it as much as you do, but it settle in my fine lines and looks really bad!

I only like ever hip over a clear Chapstick I haven't tried my cut a caper yet. I like razzledazzler with I think nice and spice lip liner or w.e it's called but I'm not 100% sure if that's what I pair it with

They're so icky though, Erin. You've seen them. You think they'd fuss at me for spritzing chemicals on their products? I can't just swatch lipstick on my arm b/c it doesn't remotely resemble my lip coloring. Most things look pretty on my arm or I wouldn't even pick them up. It's my face that can cause heebie jeebies and oh-girl-no.

Any idea what is the best strength alcohol to use to sanitize a lipstick? I recently got a used lipstick and i have a bottle of alcohol that's only 50%. I don't know if that's strong enough or if i should use something stronger...

I work in a research lab, and we tend to use 70% ethanol to spray down the benches/disinfect surfaces to prevent contamination issues. I would use at least 70%, but I prefer using the 90-100% isopropyl alcohol that you can get at any drugstore. Since the water content is obviously much lower with 90-100% preparations, it evaporates much faster (which I like when I'm sanitizing makeup). 50% will take longer to evaporate, and it most likely won't have a high enough concentration of alcohol to kill the bacteria that you're trying to clean off your lipstick. As little water as possible is your best option!

I'm not sure what they advise but I know they sell up to 91% at drug stores target etc :)

I use 91% that I buy from Walgreens to disinfect my makeup. Either that or Beauty So Clean.

70% is perfecty fine. Just a little spray over the entire exposed bit of lipstick and a wipe of a tissue. 70% is what we used at MAC, and what i use in my kit. Definitely NOT anything less than that.

I tried this look with UD Shakedown as the grey, Rule with Paradisco on the crease, all over Coral Crepe PP. (Alternates could be Dynamo electric cool shadow or Idyllic PP). Rapidblack eyeliner and Wholesome fluidline over that. DH loved it, so did I. I am going to try this look with other brights in the crease, I used a gold e/s today and would like to try with others like Parrot or Chrome Yellow. Great post! And, I am getting the grey quad for sure, unless the finish is too chalky or soemthing. You can never have too many good, grey shadows. UD Shakedown works great as a neutral grey matte if you have it.

I will skip Flamingo, I just got my Too Faced Juicy Melon and it looks like Flamingo next to Cut a Caper, and it doesn't look good on me. Too streaky. I think I can't wear those milky peach colours in the Lustre finish.
I'm curious about Flamingo mainly because it looks a little more pink. Normally, peach shades are hot fleshy death on my face. Cut A Caper looked terrible on me. I somehow ended up buying Jazzed, but I can't make it work. The only peach-type shades that I can wear are ones that are brightened, like Vegas Volt, or something like Playing Koi that's a bit more dramatic because it's so pale.

Yes, that is how all of them look on me

. Flamingo is a bit better than CAC and Jazzed, but very similar.
